I must admit that I had my reservations when I learned that Baggage.com used DHL as their courier service. DHL has poor reviews and my experience with their courier services has always been extremely poor. Well, my luggage arrived on time and I was quite impressed! I thought - maybe I am wrong. Maybe DHL's service is better when paired with another company- My baggage.com. Well surprise surprise! My brand new luggage arrived cracked with a large gaping whole in it and the wheel was broken.

I looked forward to using that luggage this week and now I can't use it to transport my clothes in this wet rainy weather in the U.K. I am without a suitcase this week and can't afford to buy another.

I just read other reviews on here to see if my experience was an anomaly. Sure enough others on trustpilot have had the same experience of damaged luggage, wheels broken, cracked luggage. The responses from Mybaggage.com on trust pilot claim "these are rare occurrences but I see that your luggage arrived on time." Dear My Baggage.com, your weakest link is DHL. It was the last thing that I needed this week after relocating to the U.K and trying to get myself settled.I am hoping nothing fell out of that gaping hole in my suitcase.

I had other suitcases to transport, but this time from Canada, and I looked forward to booking with mybaggage.com a third time but I'd be foolish to book with them again knowing that the company they use are careless with items. It's a blessing that I saw my damaged items before pulling the trigger this week to ship the rest of my stuff. I wish I could post of a picture of my luggage. Never seen anything like this in my life

*update their policies do not cover Damaged luggage. As a so called good gesture they offered me £23 pounds as compensation." It was not enough to purchase a new suitcase obviously. My other nice suitcase was all scratched up as well. Purchased new set and will not recommend this company to anyone!

While I have had some pleasant and nice drivers, I've also had many unprofessional and rude drivers.
They either drop you have in wrong locations or make inappropriate comments. I was traveling to the station to drop off my luggage and so I needed an uber. The man packed his trunk with my suitcases. I had my dog in a carrier and didn't know about their pet policy. He saw my dog and said - no pets. Instead of saying no - sorry no pets. He got upset. Took the suitcases out of the car and plopped them on the sidewalk while it was raining. Then he drove off.He didn't explain or give me an opportunity to fix the issue. I ended up missing my appointment. Uber automatically credits the drivers with a cancelation fee of & euros even when they cancel. I had to ask for a refund. At first they issues a credit but I refused it. It's just better to use the taxi. They are professional and reliable and have class. Its not that more expensive to use taxi anyway. I deleted my uber eats and uber ride account. I will never use the service again

Tip for consumers:
Just use the taxi. The drivers are just there to make a quick buck and so they do not care about customer service. Anyone can drive an uber so they don't care about treating people with respect

Not happy! I paid for the services. They cancelled the service before the end of the billing date. Not happy since I paid for the service. They are not interested in keeping paying customers but instead are not happy with people illegally downloading shows. They cancelled the services because they said that their services reflected EST time and not the time zone that I resided in Canada. According to my contract, it just stated it would end on the 23rd. So instead of it being cancelled on the 23rd, it was cancelled on the 22nd. I missed out on the final episode of H of D. There was no need to renew because I was going an oversea trip for a few months. When I return, I won't resubscribe. They've lost a customer. I hate the monopoly that Bell Media has on entertainment in Canada!

Tip for consumers:
Check you bills. They will end your service before the cancellation date! Not happy

I used this company two years ago to edit my Graduate application. They did an excellent job. What happend this time?

I decided to return to Graduate school this year and submitted my personal statement to the editor. I used concepts typically used in sociology and historical writing to explain my ideas. Why did the editor change the names of the concepts? At one point the editor injected their idea into my paper, it seems.

The editor legit changed the conclusion that I presented in my personal statement. Why are you injecting your opinion into my research/ thoughts?

Also, are you familiar with inductive/ deductive reasoning? Why are you changing the meaning of my statement?

I made a complaint and a CSR said they would fix the issues. It took me 1-2 hours to highlight and go through the errors of the previous editor. I also sent links to artcles to company explaining my concepts. So ridiculous. While sharing my concerns, the CSR asked if I wanted to try their sister company instead to edit my personal statement. I said no thanks. Really, your site states that you expertise is in thesis editing. Could you not handle a 7 page document. Prior to sending my work to an editor - I'd actually sent it to supervisor who not only works in education but taught a major university in Toronto.

I was better off having my supervisor at my current place of employment proofread my work. Next time I use an editor, will use a different company or have one of my colleagues proofread my work for me. Unbelievable.

The shipping address that I had on file for British Columbia was correct and for some reason, their site erred and decided to send it to an address in Ontario. I took screen shots that my B. C address was the default address. He exact response sorry I can't help you. What poor customer service even through it was their error. It was only when I Said I would post copies of the online chat online and that I had proof that my default shipping address was B. C nine is when she then offered to contact the warehouse and purolator to have It changed. I will continue to use amazon and will NOT be using the TSC again to make purchases.
