Ordered some lovely china place settings and I am more then pleased, the product was well packaged, speedy delivery (about 5 days) and the customer service reps are polite and very helpful. Thank you for a lovely experience.

The shipping address that I had on file for British Columbia was correct and for some reason, their site erred and decided to send it to an address in Ontario. I took screen shots that my B. C address was the default address. He exact response sorry I can't help you. What poor customer service even through it was their error. It was only when I Said I would post copies of the online chat online and that I had proof that my default shipping address was B. C nine is when she then offered to contact the warehouse and purolator to have It changed. I will continue to use amazon and will NOT be using the TSC again to make purchases.

Don't order from the shopping channel. I ordered what is suppose to be a Christmas present for my child on November 27 th. I have only gotten excuse after excuse why it hasn't been shipped. Lastly they have said it will be shipped this week and it will arrive before Christmas. But I order something else on the weekend and it has already been shipped on it's way. Arrived after is set for December 22. So how the hell is the only
Thing I am waiting for since November 27 going to make to me before Christmas. 2020 has sucked and now you ruining Christmas too. Way to go shopping Channel you suck. I hope that you know you got your payment but my daughter will very disappointed when the one thing she has asked for is not here. Anything else I have ordered online ( not from the shopping channel has already gotten here or on its way). What the hell is wrong with you guys. I will take a picture of the present that is suppose to be under the tree merry Christmas sorry the shopping channel is unable to ship so you will have to wait

The return shipping policy is truly one of the worst out there. I bought some pillows for 29 on sale. Very good price actually. I made a mistake and ordered king size instead of regular size. When i received the pillows i realized my error. I usually go online and print out a return label. But somehow it wasnt possible so i called customer service. Something made me ask questions about return policies. Honestly I should have my head examined for stupidity lol... I honestly thought when you put the return label on the return package that return shipping was included in the original shipping cost. You put the label on, take to post office, hand it over. They never ask for any money. I guess thats why i thought it was free lol. And i never really checked the amount I was credited back. Somehow i actually asked the woman on the phone about this. I was expecting her to say oh yes its included you dont pay twice. But to my horror she said no you end up paying for return shipping as well. Same amount you paid originally. So the pillows cost 9.99 to ship to me... and i would have the same amount deducted when they got the return. Yikes... doesnt sense to do a return. 20 total in shipping. Omg when i think of all the money i have lost to return items to the shopping channel over the years i just cringe. I would have thought much harder about each item before buying. Well live and learn lol. So now I will stop doing much shopping on the shopping channel and turn my business over to companies that have free returns. They absolutely exist. So I dont know if i am the only person who didnt really understand that you pay shipping both ways... so this is really a review to help clarify and make sure people know before buying... if you pay 9,99 to have the item shipped to you,,, you will pay 9.99 to have it shipped back. So almost 20 in shipping for something that cost me 29. That sucks lol

Tip for consumers:
beware that shipping is expensive and you also pay for return shipping

Products used:
pillows...i am saying partial refund because by the time you pay all the shipping cost for there and back, if you return an item its really just partial

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a gift card on December 1st. December 17th, and the card still hasn't been shipped yet. Needed it for a birthday gift on the 20th. Called customer service, after a 1.5 hour wait, rep told me that he had no idea why the card wasn't yet shipped and apologized. Offered to cancel the order and refund the cost since there would be no way it would be delivered in time for the 20th. I was fine with this solution. The next morning i I noticed that the order was not cancelled and no refund issued tried to call back, 3 hour wait. Used the online chat. The new agent informed me that the othet agent was wrong and no refunds are issued for gift cards. I questioned why, since the item wasn't shipped yet, she said it's our policy". I then questioned "why did the other agent offer a cancellation and shouldn't the honourable business practice be to follow through on what was promised?" All she did was give me their 1800 number that had the 3 hour wait. Brutal, simply brutal customer service.

Had two Visa gift cards, one for $25.00 and the other for $50.00. Found a top on The Shopping Channel that I liked so I called them to place an order using my two gift cards. The item cost just over $74. After giving the customer service rep the numbers and info for the gift cards, she stated that everything was good and that the order would be shipped - that was June 28th. With that, I disposed of the now used up gift cards. Well now The Shopping Channel claims they don't have any numbers for the said gift cards and want the numbers. I told them they were destroyed. To sum it up the customer service rep did me wrong. Now Ibdon't get the itemI ordered plus I'm out $75.00 in Visa gift cards. This is a real slap in the face after having shopped there for years, but I know one thing and that is to NOT USE GIFT CARDS AT THE SHOPPING CHANNEL. Their staff are not to be trusted!
