It's sure good to know that some big companies still offer great customer service - satisfaction. Seems no matter what I purchased if for some reason, and it could be I just simply changed my mind about the purchase, they have offered me the exchange or refund - no hassles! Thank you Costco!

Home Depot is pretty darn good about offering you very lenient return policies. Need to return or exchange an item? Almost never a hassle. They remember what customer service means!

Amazon is very good about keeping the customer satisfied. They know that with so many options to buy, and so many companies out there - that the customer needs to be number one! They keep in mind that the customer is King! No happy customers - no happy vendors!

Just a heads up. If you check Wal mart online for items to purchase - print out the item and price. If you go into a store to purchase that same item and you don't show it to them at checkout you will usually pay a higher price in store. I was told that to match 'their own' online price, I needed to show them the printed item. Kind of a 'bait and switch' sales system?

We paid by CC for a year subscription, never selected the auto renewal button tab, but sure enough. A year later - with no renewal notice or upcoming auto debit notice - they charged the CC again. Then you read their refund policy. "Sorry but we cannot refund fees unless you turned off auto renewal at least 2 days before due date. Key: they do not send you out any type of upcoming renewal notice, so that you can make that choice to renew or not renew! Then you get to try to work it out with a customer service that is not available by phone, but by a long process of submitting a 'ticket'? Not a very professional - customer service oriented company! 'F' rating
