I placed an order and two days later noticed my Visa card was charged, but I received no shipping confirmation email. I waited about two weeks, with no package in sight. Called the company and got through right away. The customer service rep said that the item wasn't even in stock and that more should be arriving in a few days. I wasn't about to take a chance, and requested my order be cancelled, which they did, I did receive that cancellation email. Now it remains to be seen if my Visa will be credited accordingly. I will give it about 4 days - If I don't see a credit, then I'm calling my Visa company to initiate a chargeback. Will not be ordering from these folks again, as card should NOT be charged until order is shipped.
