I ordered two pair of Bell and Howell Sunglasses (almost $40) on November 2nd 2017. On December 17, I received an email telling me they did not receive their shipment of sunglasses so they were cancelling my order and a promise to refund my money within 2 to 5 days. I have sent several email to their customer service without a single response. Today is January 21st 2018 and still no refund. I have never had a human being on their customer service phone line. It is long past due to involve the Federal Trade Commission.
