Purchased one of these two weeks ago and just got it a week after i sent them a notice of complaint. The package it came in specifically said "Made in China". The outer rings are supposed to be ball bearing rings but are not; merely for show. The inner bearing is covered by a cheap double-separator which makes the toy lose spin efficiency and makes it louder as well.

We ordered a single fidget spinner on 4/23 for our daughter and the order receipt stated it would take 2-5 business days to arrive. When it finally DID arrive two weeks later, the spinner was out of balance. In the two weeks of waiting, we saw several other spinners (from other companies) which our daughter's friends had - all of them were perfectly balanced and worked just fine. This one experience has convinced us this site is NOT AT ALL worth buying from. Spend your money elsewhere and don't waste it at asseenontvandbeyond.com!

I ordered on June 6. They have told me 4 times that my shipment would be sent out in 2 days. It is now OVER a month later and a gift that was meant for fathers day is STILL not shipped out and they keep pushing me back. They keep telling me the truck will be here, sorry, the truck was delayed sorry, we will send it out tomorrow for sure. Yeah right

That was 20 days ago and every 4 days since. Thus company is surely a rip off. I cancelled my order, let's see if I get my money back

I also Ordered fidget spinner 4/23/17. I ordered from them because of the stated quick turn around 2-5 days. I wanted before May 1. I called like 20+ times and got answering machine. I finally did speak with someone who told me they were back ordered and THEY should RECEIVE them the following Wednesday, and then they'd ship to me. Today I received an email that a label was made but item not sent. Hopefully I'll receive an item worth the wait.

Placed order for several Fidget Cubes almost 1 MONTH ago. Have written several emails and left voicemails. Only responses so far are occasional replies to my emails saying they had many orders, re working hard to resolve the issue, and that my order is being shipped 'very soon'. Again, my original order was 1 MONTH ago, with the listed delivery window as 2-5 days.
This 'company' is beginning to look like nothing more than a internet scam site, and needs to be reported to ftc.gov.

Total Rip Off

I ordered two pair of Bell and Howell Sunglasses (almost $40) on November 2nd 2017. On December 17, I received an email telling me they did not receive their shipment of sunglasses so they were cancelling my order and a promise to refund my money within 2 to 5 days. I have sent several email to their customer service without a single response. Today is January 21st 2018 and still no refund. I have never had a human being on their customer service phone line. It is long past due to involve the Federal Trade Commission.

Tried to call about my order. Response was always "leave a message and we will return your call". They never did. Tried to communicate via email. They never responded. I simply want to know what is up with my over due order. The big problem with me is this: this order was for children (those spinner things) and those children are disappointed because of the way this company does business. My advice is this: go on line and check complaints about the company you are ordering from. I wish I had. Also because this comes under fraud you may be able to get charges reversed. I did.

Placed an order on 4/28. I knew the fidget spinners would be in high demand so not getting them within a week I kind of expected. But I do not approve of no communication with paying customers. No one ever answers the phone and all my messages went unanswered. I went to their facebook page and messaged them there. I received a response back. Telling me I would get them this week. Never got them and no information from company. Contacted them through messenger again about 1252 pm today telling them to contact me I wanted my money back or I would report them. No response but within an hr I got an email telling me my order was shipped. Then at 835 pm today I receive a second email telling me that my order was canceled due to not having enough inventory to fill my order and they would not be in stock for another month.

Ordered a fidget spinner from here and after not receiving a shipping confirmation email I saw the reviews on here and panicked and sent them a message. Got a shipping email hours later and it indicated the spinner shipped the day before, so they had just not sent me the tracking. It arrived on time within five days, no problem, and works fine and was the right color.

I am still waiting for our fidgit spinners as well. The kids would come home to check the mail and were very disappointed when nothing would arrive. I called the company and still waiting for a call back. Now I am seeing it even cheaper at our local grocery store and the kids already have them.

DO NOT BUY!

I made a purchase almost 3 weeks ago and paid for 2-3 day shipping. I still have not received my products. I have called (had to leave a message), no one has called me back, they do not return emails and my account HAS been charged. This company is a SCAM do NOT purchase from them. I will be filing a claim with the BBB and will DEMAND a refund in full for will pursue other actions.

Ordered, paid for "2 to 3 day shipping", still waiting two weeks later. No tracking number. No response from calling and emails which I started after 5 days. Afraid it's a fraudulent "company". Even if it's not fraudulent, horrible, so I'd stay clear. I happen to live in Omaha, drove by their address, it's for lease. FRAUD.

Just like many others - I ordered my items over a week ago. I paid EXTRA for expedited shipping and still has not even shipped yet. They NEVER answer their customer service phone, they do not return messages - not even by email. Use EXTREME CAUTION ordering from this site.

I ordered fidget spinners and a fidget cube on 4/22, I still have not received any communication as to when it will be shipped. The terms and conditions state you can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped - however there is no option to cancel the order online. No one ever answers the phone and you are forced to leave a message. I have left several and no one has responded. I have also left a number of emails, again no response. They are very quick to charge your CC, take your $ but refuse to communicate.

***Update - As soon as I left a poor review on this site as well as on theirs - I finally got a response to the status of my order - They cancelled it and claimed that they did not have enough inventory to fulfill the order. Funny how their web site does not show out of stock for the product.

Stay away from this company. This is not "As seen on tv" company and are giving them a bad name. I placed an order. Supposed to ship in 48 hours. Never received my order but no way to cancel it. No customer service to talk to. Phones are off when you call and it tells you to leave a message and they never call back. No way to get your money back unless you dispute it with your bank which I would recommend to everyone. They don't tell you they are out of stock when you order then they take your money and never ship you your order. I am now afraid my credit card will be compromised. Shady and not legit. Fooling people into thinking they are the real "as seen on tv and they are not. Stay away!

This statement on their site is a lie. I have made several attempts to contact them and havent gotten a single response. They just took the kids bday money and refuse to respond.

Yes, where is my order? Ordered April 8,2017 and promised 2 to 3 day expensive shipping. Today is April 18,2017 and still don't have the product. No tracking number was provided and have called multiple times. The order number is #S *******. This outfit is a scam! Do not order anything from them!
