This company will advertise an item, using pictures showing the product in it's original packaging you'd see on the store shelf and/or on television commercials. When they send it to you it is in a plain generic box. Even the instructions do not mention the name of the item. I researched my item and saw that many companies sell generic items similar to the original. The reason I ordered from this company is that they showed the original box of the item that I had tried and knew was a good product. Unfortunately they sent a generic and then would not pay for the return cost. When I received the refund they had subtracted another 12.00 that they said was the cost of original shipping. Don't take a chance with this company!
I emailed them and they answered me back the same day saying they were trying very hard to get the orders out as the spinners are a very popular item. I trust this website and just think they have been swamped with orders.
Ordered fidget spinners on 4/23, account charged, no shipping notification, no backorder notification, only an order confirmation email with no tracking info. All attempts to contact by phone and email have gone unanswered. Zero customer service. Do NOT buy from asseenontvandbeyond.com.
UPDATE: As someone else noted, within an hour of posting this review and linking it on facebook, magically an email arrives stating that they were cancelling our order as they didn't have the necessary inventory to fill the order. I still say this site is a scam. We emailed (2 times) and called (12 times) over a couple days with zero response. If anyone from asseenontvandbeyond.com is reading this and you want to be legit, keep your customers informed, notify them of backorders or prevent orders of out of stock items AND return calls/emails promptly!
I bought 2 Yeti Cups for my husbands birthday. I shopped around and these guys had the best price even less than Amazon. I bought them on Friday and had them in my mailbox on Monday.
I placed an order and two days later noticed my Visa card was charged, but I received no shipping confirmation email. I waited about two weeks, with no package in sight. Called the company and got through right away. The customer service rep said that the item wasn't even in stock and that more should be arriving in a few days. I wasn't about to take a chance, and requested my order be cancelled, which they did, I did receive that cancellation email. Now it remains to be seen if my Visa will be credited accordingly. I will give it about 4 days - If I don't see a credit, then I'm calling my Visa company to initiate a chargeback. Will not be ordering from these folks again, as card should NOT be charged until order is shipped.
I ordered 3 fidget spinners and it has been already days and I have not received a order status. I keep putting in my order numbers and says error. I call them and it goes to voice mail. I leave a message they don't call back. I want to cancel my order and it doesn't give me the option too
I'm nervous about putting my credit card information on the computer. I called them and they let me order over the phone. I'm glad there is places out there that still let me order by phone.
Very horrible customer service if there is one?!? Because they sure don't answer the phone and they sure take your money and take your extra shipping cost and then you don't get your product or a response!
I also ordered fidget spinners. Ordered on 22 April and they took the money from my account on 23 April. I have not received any communication from them and cannot reach them. I feel I have been scammed too.
I ordered fidget spinners on 4-11-17 and have not received them yet. I email and get no response and call and ALWAYS get voicemail. I have ordered them from other companies and get them faster than this. Like the other person said there is not even a way to cancel your order! This company is a joke! Do not order from them!
I placed an order and paid for the 2-3 day delivery and still do not have my order. I have left several voicemails and emails with no reply. It has been 2 weeks now and this company will not reply to me. Do not do business with this company!

I ordered the Fidget Spinner and cube on 4/23/17. There was no delay in them taking my money and the order stated 2 to 5 day shipping but I cannot get a hold of them and I have not received anything saying it is on backorder. I left messages on their voicemail and whatever contact email, which I don't think works because I haven't heard from them yet. At this point I just want my money back but there isn't anywhere I can cancel my order. Do NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. BUYER BEWARE!

I received my order of 2 fidget spinners today and one was missing parts. Seriously, don't buy from this company.
I have had the same experience as another reviewer. Shipping time showed 3-7 business days. After 6 days, the product had not shipped, so I called. It went almost immediately to voice mail claiming that they were on the line with another customer. I never got a call back. I got a shipping confirmation with a tracking number a few days later, but when I clicked on the tracking link the next day, it showed only that the label had been printed. I called again and again got a voice mail. I left a voice mail and got no return call. The tracking number now shows that the product has actually departed the shipping facility, however I wonder if that is only because of my phone calls. I would not advise buying from this website.
