I ordered two items on 04/12 and paid for 2-3 day delivery. I emailed on 04/3, but got no response to my email. I called on 04/17 because i hadnt received anything. The rep told me they were out of stock but would be arriving and shipped to be on 04/18. I called 04/18, 04/19, 04/20 and had to leave a message each time. I just called again now, and still get the same recording........paid for expedited 2-3 day shipping.....still no package, no response to email and no response to voicemails.
