Plumbing > Septic System > Septic Issues

I've first put in my odor request May 25th and the maintenance guy stated to put sticks in the shower. I've done that for two and a half months and it has yet to subside. August 9th, I put in another order stating I'm smelling an odor in the bathroom again and the sticks aren't working. August 10, the plumber from all state there is a smell, he could clearly smell it and that the p trap needed to be repaired and there was a leak in the pipe. He stated he gave an estimate to sms or some service. The day after and another day, more plumbers came and some were the same, came to clean out the traps and the smell persisted. The maintenance manager came sent by Nick Lopez and said to me, he can't state what the problem is and that a plumber as it's their job needs to come and detect the problem as well as detect the level of sewage gasses with their equipment as it's their jobs to do so. IH made a request to have a plumber come on Saturday. I spoke with Nick, the Regional Manager and he stated the maintenance guy said it was habitable. How would he know if he says he cannot detect sewage gas odors and stated IH needs to have a plumber come out and detect the sewage gas levels. Looking at the place it's habitable but you can't say if a house is habitable in regards to gas odors. Nick stated he would call country wide and ask them to bring someone out sooner, he never returned that phone call. Someone came out on Saturday ( sabbath, my religious day for rest and no work) but it's that imperative that it needed to be done. However it hasn't fixed the problem. I put an order in and called Nick, he called me after I reached out to Shia on email. He left a message for me to return his call with no telephone number. So again, left to sit here with these gases over a long weekend. Nick asked the plumber to fix the totality wax which he knew wouldn't fix the problem and I knew but it's not my house to say don't waste anymore of my time pretending to fix the issue. Here it is on another Sabbath and I'm requesting an order. My question: when will this process end? Will it end with me not paying rent and getting an eviction and me and my kids living on the street or will it end with me dying because I have an autoimmune disease and lung disease and so many of the gases have gotten into my lungs that I die in my sleep or go into a coma or your company comes out here and approve the $7000 estimate the All state plumber gave and issue an apology for my inconvenience or me suing Invitation Home for me giving them literally five weeks to fix a problem that they knew already existing and had issues BEFORE I moved in to this rental property. There are four scenarios and I want the one where it's fixed and we all move on with our lives until my lease ends and no more damage is done. The plumber told us this issue was previous and that it is a leaky pipe and they still decided to send someone out to fix the toilet wap or something or another.

The first request, we couldnt use our upstairs bathrooms: shower, bath tubs or sinks because our downstairs would be constantly flooded with water. They acted as though they knew nothing about why it was flooding. But the plumber came out and said, it floods each time it is turned on and the pipes are old, so there is no way the previous tenant did not complain about this.
