The guy Al at the entrance of the door didn't ask us if he can help us with anything, but he asked a few other couples who entered Ikea after us. But upon leaving he wanted to see our reciept saying he needs his job and has to see our reciept, so my husband said it's an important part of your job to see our reciept, but not to ask us if we need help with anything when we first come in? He said he didn't see us, but how could he not when he was watching us and staring at us as we were walking through the first glass doors, we stopped in the lobby in front of him deciding if we want to eat before shopping and ge was standing 3 feet away watching us. The cashier a middle aged woman who was so rude and kept rushing us along- i'm not sure why because we only had 4 items. No customer service just a rush attitude.

The employees who were really nice and curtious to us were the cashiers at the snack shop on the first floor and tbe security guard.

Also the ceiling near the snack shop on the 1st fl. needs to be fixed as it was dripping water.

There are always beggards outside asking for money, some will come up to customers as were getting out of our cars. There are security guards inside of the store who would rather stay inside flirting with women customers instead of making sure were all safe in the parking lot and not being harrassed for money by beggers. I try to avoid this Walgreens for that reason, but the upside is it's the only 24 hour Walgreens from all surrounding towns and cities.

Lauren is rude, phoney and hates being nice to customers, but likes to be overboard sweet to her male coworkers. The males who work there swarm around Lauren during work hours while ignoring customers. They act as if they are too good to work at enterprise and be genuinly nice to anyone. They should not ever work with the general public. Never have I seen such frockery at any other enterprise. Zero stars! 00000

Sam's club associates will wait until the last minute without intitial warning to start walking around saying the registers are closing soon, the store is closed. Like many shoppers I'm not walking around looking at my watch every second. I think 30 minutes prior and again in 5 minutes they should let us know they are closing within that time, but why tell us they will close the registers? However the managers & associates at Sam's club are very nice- better than most of the managers & associates at Rt. 80 Walmart

Rt. 80 Walmart rushes customers out the door at closing time. Threatening that if we don't hurry we can't buy anything, we will not be able to purchase any of our items as they will lock the registers. They constantly start yelling this going all through the store sometimes after a minute by minute countdown while laughing, gigling in the intercom or without initial notice. Then once customers are at the front to check out, there is only one register open #13 and everyone has to wait in a long line.

There are 2 different males who are evening managers and they both are rude which explains why half of the associates are rude. During evening store hours the managers give no smiles-stare downs and talk like they're on the street trying to punk the homies or don't have time for the homies.- :(

When it's close to closing time, forget about it! They just want customers out and could care less if we buy anything or not.

There is sometimes a cop standing at the entrance/exit so (maybe) they are on edge at this location due to robbery scares? Tough patrons? I'm not sure, but what about your average nice customers who just want to shop? Rt.80 Walmart New Haven, CT. Review

#TheBradfordExchange has an automated system when you call in to take your order and payments. I made an order and a payment and the system said my order would be shipped soon. I ordered a ring and the system does not give the option to set the exact size you need. Over tbe next few days I tried calling to speak to someone, but no one answered. Finally the 5th day I bypassed the automated system by pressing 0 zero continuously. I was on hold for a half hour. The representitive said tey had my ring under a "dummy" order and it was on back order. I don't understand dummy order, where tney just going to pick a random ring size? Or not send anything? But yet and still they took the money. So the rep canceled tbe first order and I did it all over again over the phone. I was then told my ring size is available and I would recieve it in 7-10 business days. I will post another review after I recieve the ring.
