Its obvious the company is no longer owned by a company that understands retail. Who would ever buy anything online with no returns or exchanges, even on Sale merchandise. If it doesn't fit, it doesn't fit. It's one thing to have that policy when you can try it on in the store, but an online company...Kiss of death!
I'm sorry, because I would like to buy from them, and take advantage of sale pricing, but not with no recourse!

I ordered a pair of shoes for an event. I had never hear of Chic Me but they had a California address, and they offered the style I was looking for. 3 weeks later they arrived, FROM CHINA! Made of poor quality materials and did not fit at all. The back was so high it dug into the back of my ankle when I walked. They said I could return for a 10% handling charge and if I paid freight, which would cost more than the shoes. They offered a merchandise credit so I could replace with more junk from their site, but why would anyone want poor quality goods that had a hidden "no return" policy. After much arguing, they gave me a 30% refund, so I lost 70% of my money.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY!!! there are plenty of US companies who will take returns and exchanges at no cost to the consumer.

I ordered $26 in groceries plus a $3 tip, but when I got my receipt there was a $7.99 delivery plus a $3 service fee that was not in my shopping cart and not disclosed. Horrible!

Wonderful idea! I have bought some things easily and inexpensively, that I needed when my grandson was coming to visit. But I don't need to buy things every day or every week or every MONTH. I received daily emails about items I already purchased. I got so many alerts all night long on the app that I had to delete that. I have written two emails begging them to take me off their email list and only get a canned response. Their marketing is intrusive and takes over like a disease. There's got to be a better way, so the customer has a little control.
