I order delivery from Fred Meyer (aka Kroger) by Instacart every week. My orders are $150-175 and I live close to the store < 2 miles. I tip $20-25.00 each time. If I make the mistake of allowing substitutions, at least once a month the driver will add a couple of items for themselves. Usually it's $10-15.00. Instacart makes refunds for the missing items that are charged to me as difficult as is possible.
If I had one recommendation, it's watch your charges closely. Instacart employs shifty people. It's not a lot of money, but it is annoying. Instacart KNOWS that they have a problem, but they are completely unwilling to compensate you for their petty theft.

My veterinarian sent them prescriptions for a pain med for each dog, multiple valid refills were included. They never check for refills, they email your Veterinarian every day, over and over. Then the notify me that my Veterinarian has not replied, over and over. EVERY time they waste my Veterinarians time and annoy me. I email them reminding that I have valid refills (It is clearly printed on every bottle that they send), so their database has that information, it is plain to see. The computer prints out the label, from that information! So on December 31st I ordered a 6 month order for one dog, to save money. They said I could only buy 60 pills at a time, so I approved that, and I was charged on January 7th, and received the order quickly.
Today January 21st, my account was debited for the 180 pill (6 months order), and the other dog's 60 pill order (hers lasts 4 months).
Their explanation was that this was my autoship order. So, to be clear, an order for 6 months and 4 months worth of expensive meds are to be sent every two weeks? I don't autoship anything, not even my own long term meds! I can recommend their prices, but not their customer service. Every order is like being pecked to death by small birds, annoying and ineffective.

Tip for consumers:
Do NOT order online, make an annoying phone call and talk to a person.

Products used:
Novox Prescription Veterinary Pain reliever for long term use.

Because of the stay-at-home order, I bought plants and seeds by mail. I should have read the reviews, if you are here before placing an order, you are in luck! The plants that I ordered were ok, one was however a variety that I did not order of the same plant. The elephant ear bulbs were fine, all other bulbs and dormant fern root stocks, were ancient and sadly demised, they have joined the choir invisible... they are dead but pushing up no daisies... Their "Guarantee" is replacement only, they are hoping that you'll just cut your losses, who wants the same crap one year later?

I bought from 7th Avenue for years, I knew that I could easily buy particular items several times over a period of time. They sold shoes that I like, and I rebought the same shoe 4 times. But it is so easy to buy other "stuff" that I ran up a $1700. 00 bill over the years, paying the minimum + $10-20 per month. Lots of their goods are craptastic, others are good to excellent. I decided to pay $1000. 00 toward my bill to reduce my payment, so I could more quickly pay it off. YOUR PAYMENT NEVER GOES DOWN below the rate for your highest balance. Since they keep increasing your credit limit, you might as well keep buying... at least, that is what it looks like their strategy is.
Other folk have had accounts opened at Seventh Avenue fraudulently. What usually happens is that their "group" of names that they own (Ginny's, Montgomery Ward, Swiss Chalet etc) send catalogues with pre-approved account codes in the catalogues tied to your credit information. A typical scammer gets your catalogue out of your mailbox or garbage and uses your information to buy gifts for another address. You never know until they begin to harrass you for payment for goods you never ordered from a company you may never have heard of. Needless to say, their customer service will not be helpfull.
