Wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. I can't say customer service was awful (I paid $18 in shipping to get within 5 days and it did arrive). Also, when I called for a return authorization the gal that helped me was delightful. However, I then learned that I would be working with the provider of the blanket for the return. I had this experience with Walmart and haven't returned since. When you buy from a company, they should also assist you with the return, not turn it over to another company. Also, with that said I realized I will be paying close to $40 for shipping charges. I plan to go with Smart Pak from now on for all of my equestrian needs. Outstanding customer service and provides free shipping... and free returns!

I ordered a fly sheet and loved the look and fit. However after turning him out in it I realized It was impossible to stay straight on him due to the slippery fabric. I called to request a return and was told I couldn't return it since it had been used. Yet how would I have known this without using it? So with this company, if you buy a product that proves to be completely useless, and what I consider defective, you can't return it if you've tried it. And the employee I dealt with should not be talking to customers, sounding more like she should be at home. Rude; unfriendly. And I tried to write a review for the product and they blocked it

After purchasing their service, what it was supposed to accomplished, didn't! So we called their 800 number. An agent asked that we let him do a remote session to fix the problem, and sadly we agreed to it. After about one hour of him trying to help us, we suddenly realized that things were getting worse instead of better. We lost access to our information. After another hour of him trying to fix what he admitted went wrong because of what he had done, he finally said that he could not fix it unless we downloaded our software again. At this point our frustration was past the point of letting this guy continue; already costing the company man hours and surely more to have the Surface Pro repaired. We took it to Best Buy and the software needed to be reinstalled, but unfortunately we lost everything, even QuickBooks. The cost to the company by was hundreds of dollars. While Acronis admitted their mistake and apologized, they only offered a 3 month extension of our 1 year subscription... which would amount to $10?
I'm sure this company has probably provided their service for others with success, but I strongly suggest using other options, or at the very least DO NOT DO A REMOTE SESSION WITH THIS COMPANY!

I paid the $19.99 to join. Then I find that I cannot narrow my age search without upgrading, I cannot see my likes without upgrading, and cannot find out more information of my likes without upgrading. This is the most frustrating match site. I have used "Match" dating site in the past and it is so much more straight forward regarding pricing and easier to navigate. I couldn't get a refund (of course) but was told I could continue to use even though I cancelled my subscription. It's worthless to me due to all of the above reasons, so I just threw out $19.99.

While my online purchase from Nordstrom Rack (Hautik Rack) was charged on my Nordstrom credit card... the two are nothing alike in service. I ordered a small item under $27.00 and was charged $7.95 for shipping. It did not fit so using their return label cost another $5.95. So, it cost over half of the items value for shipping. I won't use again because there are so many great websites that offer faster shipping for free.

I ordered a watch and it is larger than most men's watches (I am a small woman). While it was only $29.99 and was returnable... their guidelines are unfair in my opinion. You do get free shipping to return but only if you take a credit. If you want a refund you cannot use your own shipping which would probably be less than $5, you have to use their return label for $9.95 (and I paid $9.95 shipping to get it) For a $29.99 item I would rather put it in a garage sale than spend $19.90 in shipping charges for them to sell again. Also, if you look online there are other sites that sell this watch. Not sure of pricing and return policies, but I have learned from this... and it only cost me $39.94. From now on I read reviews first!
