It appears that at one point you were a legitimate small business catering to corporate gifts and high end/ unique spirits. However when the nation was struck down with coved virus, you decided to take advantage of people who either could not or would not get your products due to quarantine. So, you took advantage of the situation, offered your products, at at inflated price, and simply disappeared after taking the customers money. In my case. Almost $300. Ten, twelve, fourteen days passed with no communication from ReserveBar. Their response... Just, wait, we're trying, have patience. No time frame, no information, no ability to contact. Either they are incompetent or taking advantage of a worldwide tragedy or both. My order was for an online auction to raise funds for local small businesses. I thought a 12 day in advance order would be sufficient but too late now (I understand delays but I received a new desk top server from a Texas in four days and this company is in Connecticut and Im In Pennsylvania and NOTHING). Too big for your boots; all hat and no head, opportunistic... that what ReserveBar is. Do not use them. Also, their site is crap... focused more on pretty pics than customer service or figuring howto order. Hard to find what and to whom they can deliver. No info on their delivery... FedEx? Ups? USPS? Carrier pigeon? No tracking data. Oh, you also have to use their app to track purchase... and which is crap. Horrible in every way.
