If I could, I would give TopResume a 0 rating. My husband purchased their executive package and was expecting a top of the line resume. After receiving the first draft, not impressed is an understatement. He provided feedback to the writer regarding what he was looking for, even sent my resume as an example, and all she returned as a reformatted version of the original draft. Not confident that another revision would be any better, he contacted TopResume with his concerns and requested a refund. TopResume replied saying they do not offer a refund, but that they would assign a new writer, my husband declined. TopResume also states that they will do multiple revisions until he is satisfied, however in an email he received, it was stated that only two revisions would be provided. My husband has disputed this through his credit card company and will also contact an attorney if TopResume refuses to provide a refund for a service that was not rendered as advertised, which is FALSE ADVERTISING! CONSUMERS BEWARE!
