I paid extra so that I can ensure my delivery will ARRIVE on a specific date. But it still arrived a day later, and with no proper updates, and they lied about it as well. They said they delivered it on the day but no one answered the door. The recipient literally stayed at home all day to receive it, he was never called, and there was no doorbell either! When I told them to show me proof, they weren't able to do it. I paid extra because my recipient is leaving for a flight the next day and they assured that. Shame. Don't order from Gift Tree. Very disappointing.

Thank you for letting us know about the issues with your delivery, I can see this was an important delivery for you and you did select the express delivery to make sure it would arrive in time. The item obviously didn't arrive on the date you selected, and for that, I'm truly sorry. I do show it arrived the day after, but when you need it delivered on a specific day it just doesn't have the same impact. We would be happy to compensate you for the missed delivery.
