This company has ignored my concerns about why certain sellers are permitted diamond listings while sellers like myself are denied for some reason. There should be no favorites or specific people allowed as exceptions, rules should be rules and errors should be corrected when spotted.
"Kate" which seems to be the only contact at the company I can reach whether I call any number or email any address, has completely ignored my concerns and refuses to correct the listing issues. My company has spent close to $4000 with BizBuySell yet no one will help me.
On my most recent inquiry about the listings (which resulted in no help at all), almost immediately afterwards my most successful listing was taken down for stated reasons that were already approved and cleared beforehand. This was after using our 1-time (extremely valuable) email blast, so people receiving the email ended up going to a dead link. I'm EXTREMELY MAD. This is very coincidental and was cleared by the time before, why is my listing being taken down when it was already approved?
I have cited sources of MANY other listings with text and logos which still seem to get listed for months with no issues, yet nobody in the company decided to flag/fix them and ignore my concerns despite it being against the very rules they flag my listings for.
This gross oversight on moderating and what seems to be unfair favoritism, or perhaps outright laziness, is astounding considering the companies' size and employee base.
