DON'T TRUST NIGHT OWL SECURITY assurances! I Chatted with an associate of Nights Owl Security; before ordering! I asked about a specific video surveillance 'kit'! I was assured this would be a full kit (ready for use out of the box): "ALL our kits are complete!" I specifically asked if that kit came with (4) 100' Video Cables and was again assured this would be a FULL kit! The agent assured me that they would be in the kit; therefore, I ordered with the assurance that I would receive everything I needed! The shipping was delayed over a month and when the product arrived there was NO Video Cables, NO Power Adapters (for the cameras) & NO Monitor Cable!
This partial kit is unusable; it is incomplete and will cost more than the "kit" to get all the missing products!
Night Owl Security associates now claim that this 'KIT' is complete and they will not honor their assurances!

Lots of employees constantly walking around, but nobody can cut carpet and linoleum... I asked for assistance and was told: "It will be a minute; I am the only one here!" My thought: "Wow; I probably passed 20+ associates, on the way back here and none of them can/will help!?!" I waited and received no assistance; so I left without what would have been a couple thousand dollar purchase! I will go elsewhere from now on; for all my construction needs! I invest a lot of money into construction products and I feel like there is no customer appreciation! Clearly; there's no assistance!

I ordered a product, got an expected arrival date and had the date extended several times; before employees started saying: "That product is no longer available"! Don't trust them; I got my product, it was a huge hassle though! They even attempted to have me pay more for a different product ('bait and switch')! They do not value their customers and will not hesitate to lie to you! Also; their inventory is clearly not accurate and they do not care if your time is wasted, waiting for products they don't have access to!

"All the parts your car will ever need" is false advertising! It has been 5 years since I asked for help finding an egr valve for my diesel; haven't heard back (just one example of many parts they DO NOT carry nor can they get!
Also; months without my vehicle, because they have horrible shipping methods (warranty exchange took 4 months)! Rockauto.com is a scam and should be shut down or at least forced to change their lying motto!
Plus; poor quality parts! Chrome side view mirror rusted through the cheap chrome coating within one month of purchase! What a joke!
