I have been working with them for the last 9 years. The customer support is getting worse every year. My messages are being ignored even though I write once or twice a year when I have a serious problem. The last two questions were not answered at all. All I get are template emails from bots. "We have forwarded your message to a specialist on this topic. They generally respond within 3 days." Well, they don't.

AirBNB support does not exist. It took them almost 3 months to respondand all I got was this template message that can be found on their website.
Superhosts enjoy priority support? LOL

I used to love Payoneer. Useful and easy to use features made receiving money from clients work like a dream. Suddenly, after 3 years, it is not possible to send payment requests anymore. Congrats!

Customer support does not exist for hosts. They responded one month after the initial contact to tell me that I will wait more. 3 months and nothing.
You should learn from BNB. Deleting my listings.

Do not list here. There are better places.
