Don't order from the guys they was running a sales on there product and so I was going to give them a try because it a American made product I waited and come to find out they was running a sale and they already was back log before they even ran the sale that bad business there sale a product they don't even have in stock that was stupid and they sent me a email telling me they didn't know when they could fill my order because of the back log they did refunded me my money but I would ask before I order how long

I have ordered 2 different ordered from the people and they great to deal with 1 reason great communication with you 2 reason they do there best to get your parts out fast as they can 3 reason and the biggest one is if a part is on backorder they will ship your other parts out to you and not try to charge you for 2 shipping cost and that means a lot I know a lot of companies want to charge you or hold your other parts until they get them all and that not right I highly recommend dealing with the people I had not 1 problems with them they answered all my emails in a timely manner and everything and I will keep dealing with them until they give me a reason not to but if they keep up the good work like they are I will not go no where else I don't care if I can get it somewhere else cheaper I know here it will be taken care of with them

They are great people to deal with I highly recommend letting these people help you they are very nice and I will be dealing with them again and buying more from them EBAY - dixieoutdoors or The Tackle Spot in London, Ky it the same store very nice people to deal with give them a shoot

I ordered parts from the people and they told me they have everything in stock but they didn't I even called them and they said yes and they did have the flusher for a yamaha vz 300 in stock asked if they could ship the parts they have they sure but we will charge you almost 8.00 dollars I asked how can you charge me 8.00 dollars for yall mistake not mine then they went on saying because we got to split the order well that not my fault because yall don't have it in stock and yall said yall did then they said well we can cancel that part of the order here the kicker on there website they say free shipping and they charge me shipping wow so when they didn't want to work with me on there mistake I told them to just cancel the hole order I will never order from the people again they will lie to you

Great people to deal with I bought a box of 225 gr from them online then called them up and asked if they could help me with some 180 gr and they said yes if it not on there website call them because they will help you great people

They was great people to deal with they helped me every way they could help me pick out the right scope for the gun they asked me about as many questions as I asked them and they told me what I was going to with that gun this is a nice little scope and I like that they have a lot of knowledge in there it not like the big retail store u go to it a little mom and pop place but they have a lot of stuff I highly recommend them this isn't my first time dealing with them

I bought 8 rod socks from them they done a great job on making sure then name was spelled right on the rod socks and was very fast shipping they are great people to deal with we had a shipping problem usps delivered the rod socks to the wrong address and they was helping me track the package down it wasn't there falt it was usps falt I will be ordering more rod socks from them

I ordered 2 pairs of fog lights from them and they only shipped me 1 pair of of lights and I have been battling with them to get my money back on the other pair of lights I asked if they could ship the other pair overnight and was told no they only offered 10 bucks for my inconvenience really 10 bucks they even pretty much called me liar and I had to send pictures of the shipping label and the box only 2 lights can fit in a box I will never deal with the low life again buyers watch out for them and keep everything in a roll because they will do there best not to give you a refund

Don't trust the people they said they had the item in stock and they don't now there tell me I have to wait until the middle of next month before they will be able to ship it then they will tell you someone will be getting ahold of me in 3 to 5 business days and they will keep sending you the same email it resolved and it not resolved make someone wait almost 2 months that not resolved they will not give you a discount are nothing they don't even want to refund you your money good thing I used PayPal I will let PayPal deal with them if I could give the company a 0 star I would they gave me a refund and I ordered the same roll bars from the same company they ordered them from and I cut them out of the picture and that company told me they didn't understand why it would take so long when they had the roll bar in stock so they are trying lie there way out of things because they was drag there ft why

I bought a m/h 7'3 baitcasting rod from trika they said there are better than any rod out there so I was given them a shot when the came in the first 4 eyes on the pole were way off from the handle looking down the rod they first eye was way to the left and the next 2 eyes was way to the right the 4 eye was way to the right trika made me pay for shipping to get the rod to me I sent them picture of how bad it was trika want me to pay for shipping back there back trika rods cost 350.00 dollars and they have a guarantee that if you are not happy or if there any defects in there rod you get 100% money back but they will not give your money back on shipping that bs if there falt shipping you a bad rod they should give you everything back but they will not do that trika said that there poles was better than Shimano poison Andrea m/h 7'3 baitcasting rod witch that what I use trika rods can't even come close to Shimano rod don't trust trika rods are junk and I wouldn't ever deal with that company again if anyone buy a trika rod will tell you that there rods outperform any other rod that a lie there rods are very tip heavy there rod I more like a 20 to 50 dollar rod not no 350 dollar rod so I would tell people stay away from the people rods there junk and that very sad because I was really hoping this American made rod company was on the up and up because I believe in backing America made stuff and I would have switched over to there rod but not now
