THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

Worst company ever
It's the worst company ever. I booked a flight for 635 pounds, and the next day, I was told that it would be an additional 649 pounds to confirm. I reluctantly paid, went to check in, and they canceled the booking. I explained to British airways what happened, they rebooked for same flight next day, scam travel agency vindictively contacted British airways and got that cancelled too. They won't answer their phone or emails. Filing fraud claims with my bank and I will win. British Airways weren't helpful at all as they said there was nothing they could do about the company canceling my flights. I will never return to England because of this experience of trying to get home and paying an extra $5000 to get home.

Your follow up about the regret this caused is lies, this was done with purpose, vindictiveness, and out greed.

I called *******043 at least 30 times just to be told I was next caller in queue to be hung up on every single time. The main person who did this to me specifically is:

Here is a quote from one of his emails:
"You have already paid £635, You are making the payment for the difference of £648 to Confirm it."

Further, I have a full chat transcript from British Airways stating that the "Travel Agent" canceled both the flight arrangements made on 3/17/2024 and the ones made directly by me to British Airways on 3/18/2024. This had nothing to do with them; it was just interference in my travel plans to further trouble me. You will hear from multiple banks and organizations about this once I return home. This is not over.

The positive reviews are also planted. "Jyoti Rawat" is an employee of the company as evidenced as part of some emails chains with them. Do not believe the positive reviews, they are planted by the company. This company WILL SCAM YOU.

I sent clothes to The Real Real consignment to be sold and they stole over half of them. They said they were not authentic and kept them. I have contacted the company 3 times regarding this and they said they would send my stuff back. The 4th time I contacted them they said they were sorry to inform me that they would not be able to return my stuff unless I provided proof of purchase. I sent them my receipts for the items and they still will not send me my stuff back. They will also not end my listings and send me back the stuff listed. I want all my things back. This is theft.

Tip for consumers:
They will steal your things and make it impossible to recover them. Lost over 2k in designer clothes to them. DO NOT USE THEM!

This site is a joke, i bought my coupon on a Saturday with the intentions of using it that day, and they sent me and email saying my coupon would be emailed to me no earlier than Monday. Tried to reverse the purchase on the website, NOT AN OPTION. Tried to call, THEY ARE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS.

Then the nightmare with the vendor begins:

DO NOT GO THERE, THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOUR CAR OR FROM YOU WHEN YOU GO TO PAY!

Thieves: 2 years ago they stole from my vehicle and took zero responsibility. I gave them another shot due to new ownership and a deal offered through http://livingsocial.com and they still bamboozled me and tried to rip me off. I got a 3 car wash living social coupon claimed to be worth $47 for $20. I go to the carwash, they tell me it is good for the $9 washes... After debate and clarification with the supervisor, they agree it was for the middle wash worth 14.99, all after a math lesson to them. I go with the upsell for only $5 and they claim they will upgrade me to the best wash they have... I go to pay and the say (timidly) that I owe a total of just over $14. Apparently, they could not add 0 plus 5. I refused to pay, they downgraded the wash. They stated that there was a hidden(their words) deal that day and the middle coupon wash was actually only worth $10 that day so I have to cover the spread that they imposed on me upon check out and made zero mention of. I even took a photo of their posted pricing guide at the carwash entrance and they stood by their story that the prices posted are not accurate for "the day". I called Tiger, the manager, and he apologized and stated to me his employees were bamboozling me (he was very nice about it at least). He agrees that they did attempt to rip me off and he advised me that they had tried to "bamboozle me". He was not at the car wash but the manager who attempted to rip me off was and kept giving me dirty looks.

I gave the two remaining coupon washes to a random stranger as I will never go back, not even for a free wash, and I recommend you NOT going there.

Tiger called the carwash and had them re upgrade to the best wash for free and he was going to send me another coupon for their best wash. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have yet to see the coupon. However I did receive a call last Friday from Tiger stating that the coupon is being put in the mail and that he was sorry for the delay. I do appreciate his attempt to make up for his thieving employees but will NOT go back even with a free coupon.

Also, I attempted to use the livingsocial coupon at the 19th avenue location as it was printed as a valid location on the coupon and that location DENIED me, stating that they had the discretion to do so and that the only location that will accept the coupon is the 7th Street location. I followed up with livinsocial and they stated, that the "vendors have the right to do what they want."

Lesson here: DO NOT USE LIVING SOCIAL OR ANY OF THIS CHAINS CAR WASHES.

There are errors in this as it was written on my iphone. Thank you.
