Its been a nightmare deadline with easemy trip.
I booked my international ticket through the website with a connecting flight in London Heathrow onward to Dublin. My return flight was delayed by the airline and my 2nd connection flight time did not change. I reached out to easemy trip to change the 2nd flight they said you have to pay as the same class is not available (I called up the main airline and they said as its a misconnection I won't be charged anything and asked me to call easemy trip).

I thought have an agent to book my trip would ease my travel but its has literally been a nightmare dealing with all the agents at easemy trip.

*They said they will get back to you in 12-24 hours but i was waiting for a week and had to follow up continuously to get my rebooking done.

Easymytrip is a great flight bookings site with 0 convenience fee and quickest refund on cancellation. Great UI/UX as well.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

Worst company ever
It's the worst company ever. I booked a flight for 635 pounds, and the next day, I was told that it would be an additional 649 pounds to confirm. I reluctantly paid, went to check in, and they canceled the booking. I explained to British airways what happened, they rebooked for same flight next day, scam travel agency vindictively contacted British airways and got that cancelled too. They won't answer their phone or emails. Filing fraud claims with my bank and I will win. British Airways weren't helpful at all as they said there was nothing they could do about the company canceling my flights. I will never return to England because of this experience of trying to get home and paying an extra $5000 to get home.

Your follow up about the regret this caused is lies, this was done with purpose, vindictiveness, and out greed.

I called *******043 at least 30 times just to be told I was next caller in queue to be hung up on every single time. The main person who did this to me specifically is:

Here is a quote from one of his emails:
"You have already paid £635, You are making the payment for the difference of £648 to Confirm it."

Further, I have a full chat transcript from British Airways stating that the "Travel Agent" canceled both the flight arrangements made on 3/17/2024 and the ones made directly by me to British Airways on 3/18/2024. This had nothing to do with them; it was just interference in my travel plans to further trouble me. You will hear from multiple banks and organizations about this once I return home. This is not over.

The positive reviews are also planted. "Jyoti Rawat" is an employee of the company as evidenced as part of some emails chains with them. Do not believe the positive reviews, they are planted by the company. This company WILL SCAM YOU.
