They actually shut down a location in Chicago and gave everyone 2 days notice to move to one of their other locations. But one week passed without update about a new location, and then an email came that the contract was cancelled retroactively. When I called the number to sort things out, the number was disconnected. I called their 1-800 number and someone overseas took my message. Wow

A centre closure can be a frustrating experience for customers and it’s something we try to avoid wherever possible.
We understand that you'd have appreciated greater notice. Unfortunately, on this occasion we were unable to provide it and for this we apologise. On processing the end of the agreement in 55 E. Monroe, it triggered an automatic email but the team is currently setting you up in a new centre and our local team-lead will be in touch with you shortly.
Whilst moving is not something you were planning on doing, we often find that leveraging the vast amount of workspace that we manage in Illinois can help us locate an even better workplace for your needs.

Annoying. Some lens options are not visible at all until you select an option and then click one more time to see the expanded view. Plus your website does not work in Safari, had to switch to Chrome to continue to pay.

After having worked with some rental agencies in Paris, this one was an unpleasant surprise. It seemed like they have an answer service with one agent who keeps her phone off. We were looking to rent an apartment for one month in Paris. Somehow agency fee was 40% of the total rental, and not the customary 5%. When I mentioned that to her, she never realized that and was surprised by the percentage. It was clear that she made that agency fee up.
Then, you pay directly to the owner, including deposit, which was 100% of the rental, which she later got reduced to 50% of the total rental. What's the point of the agency if I have to pay directly to the owner? Seems like a high opportunity for scams. And, payments must be made by travelers checks. I'm not even sure where you get those checks from these days, but then you are essentially shipping cash overseas to an unknown "owner."
Then, this agent said these owners are reliable because she rented one particular apartment over 53 times. She made that number up, again. It is highly unlikely that this long stay apartment could have been rented so many times. These are monthly or annual rentals, not daily!
Overall, I did not feel comfortable working with this so-called "agency."

Everything looks cute or cool on pictures until it arrives. It is Alibaba for consumers. It is of very poor quality or completely non-working items from China.
