I placed an order 12/1/16 from Aosom as a Santa gift. My credit card was charged 12/4 and a tracking number was sent to me for the order. When I checked tracking information, it states the anticipated ship date was 12/2/16. I called into the company today (12/19/16) because I have still not received my order. I was informed the product I ordered had sold out and I could get a refund. When I inquired as to why I was not notified of this, I was informed the company does not share this information with customer service. Now, I have 4 days to find something for my daughter from Santa. Thank you, Aosom, for ruining my 3 year old's Santa experience. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER do business with this company again.
