I ordered a patio set. When the set didn't arrive in the week that it was suppose to arrive, they discounted the furniture. Customer service was very friendly, very helpful. Prices are good.

I purchased a leather degreaser from Furniture Clinic and the product came in a box with no instructions and NO label on the bottle. Product did not work as expected.

Some of the clothing is okay, but you really have to know their sizes cause they are different from everywhere else. The Roamans site is the same. Their return policy is not good.

Slow to ship and extremely slow to issue refunds. Packaged poorly too. Watch the price you are being charged... Once you hit submit order, your price could change. Too bad cause I love the Red Ranch brand... just don't like dealing with all the issues.
