Yelp is very disappointing to me because they've deleted my "tips". They do control what you say. Even IF it doesn't violate their "contents" guidelines. This is very subjective as long as you aren't doing the obvious attacking. This I was notifyed through a no reply e-mail and no chance to refute it. That's unfair to me and it's others who stand to gain of where they decide to take their business! Thus a patron or person should be able to discern on spending their own hard earned money. I am speaking about with another's honest and candid review or tip. Their "tips" could be a form of criticism or not. For instance, what to do or NOT to do regarding at a specific restaurant or business. After all, what's the real reason of a business like Yelp? Really good OR bad about any business, people should be able to see and decide for themselves. Yelp's quashes your voice though. I'm not so sure I'm for their ideologies.

It was the worst experience I've ever had. Firstly, my purchase had arrived damaged. Then YOU must wait to set up the refund process online. But wait... There's more of a delay. I had to contact the seller. The package tracking wasn't showing delivered when in fact it was! So, depending on the return process you might decide to use, a return to a physical Walmart store, or like having someone like FedEx picking it up which then adds another layer of REFUND delays. Either process is NOT convenient at all. Trust me. Going to a Walmart store, you don't get any refund. Especially when a third party is selling the purchase you just made. Walmart store puts the shipping label on it and then finally sends it out. You wait some more after 3rd party receives damaged good(s). They still don't process the refund as told in the policy when they receive it. You'll wait some more days. I even contacted them and showed them their own Walmart agreement in returns/refund policies! Unless you're patient on stupidity here, I wouldn't do this kind of purchase again through Walmart.com. Especially a 3rd party. It's too complicated and you must stay onto these people to get your money back. Probably the excuse is a "staffing shortage", of course.

Tip for consumers:
With many 3rd party sellers - beware of cumbersome refunds process. Especially if product is damaged.

I had ordered and paid for the Silhouette Momentum model 5529 frame color 6060 Cohiba brown it's called. The price had seemed great. Nearly two hundred $ less than retail optical stores, So, here we are, 3 days later and Eye Doc Shoppe won't answer multiple e-mails or voice mail phone calls. Do they even exist? I had wondered. Finally they just magically started their e-mail string sequences. Order is received, order is being processed, order is complete, blah blah blah. Finally, the order and the USPS tracking information. My biggest gripe is their lack of concern for the poor communications. Furthermore, no one answers your contact form, individual e-mails or voicemails. The verdict is out on these frames when I get them. Look, if they're understaffed that's not good. That's going hurt business big time. Hopefully they realize how important some timely communications is?

Tip for consumers:
Communications is substandard.

I had ordered a CUBS world series WINNING adjustable hat like many right after their unprecedented 108 yrs. Draught. This came nearly right away. However, when I had ordered a neat looking Nike golf polo Cubs '16 world champions at the same date, this was an entirely different story. Waited and waited, two weeks to be precise. I had sent several e-mails with no responses at all. Where, when will this polo get shipped out?! Hello?! Item had shown in stock. Finally had made a phone called and cancelled the order. They didn't care that my brother wouldn't get his birthday gift, on time or at all. Pfff... Don't bother with this unprofessional MLB shop crap. So disappointing and worse yet, another example of poor American customer services.
