Nearly two hundred $ less than retail optical stores, So, here we are, 3 days later and Eye Doc Shoppe won't answer multiple e-mails or voice mail phone calls. Do they even exist? I had wondered. Finally they just magically started their e-mail string sequences. Order is received, order is being processed, order is complete, blah blah blah. Finally, the order and the USPS tracking information. My biggest gripe is their lack of concern for the poor communications. Furthermore, no one answers your contact form, individual e-mails or voicemails. The verdict is out on these frames when I get them. Look, if they're understaffed that's not good. That's going hurt business big time. Hopefully they realize how important some timely communications is?
