Good community. There are some really genuine people in this community that will try to please you. The only problem you have is who to choose. Also I dont like that we cannot change our username and the user must create a new profile.

They set policies to people's communication. Unacceptable. Of course you can go with their rules by paying them. By doing this you will realise that get into a total chaos without a proper closed deal of a meeting a real person. Behind every answer you send by purchasing or not credits (because 2-3 answer can be sent by the free starting credits) are the administrators, that make never-ending dialogs making you paying again.

You have to be very specific about what you want. Otherwise you will pay for nothing. Because from the seller point of view, they cannot work for days in order to satisfy you. On the other hand as a buyer you except something that the seller must do it in a big percent of of what you expect. And if the seller is not be able to do it? Have not the skills? If the product delivered is not what you expect you will pay for it... and you will not be able to argue or get a refund. Just be careful. I would put average to good, but because I ordered a work I paid a lot and I received nothing that I can use, and I have to pay again for something and start it from the beginning I put 2 stars.

Buyers have not any protection of refund if they don't like/can't use the work delivered. The freelancer has been paid and prepaid for the work no matter what they deliver. I am the perfect example, I paid A half salary in USD, I can't use anything.

I made an account, I got verified in every way they offer. I deleted my account and my information after 2 months was there. Good looking website but holding your info and passport forever is unacceptable.
