Bought enough items to reach $25 but wouldn't accept the $5 coupon (Saturdays).
Not the first time this happened.
Maybe if enough customers cancel and walk out they will fix their faulty system.
Oh, and living in the country it's a 8 mile drive to and from the store (16 miles).
Trying to binge watch Threes Company.
After a few minutes sound goes out of sync with picture (and subtitles). Haven't been able to watch a single 20 min episode where that's not happening.
How is it possible for a streaming service/app to be so technically bad?
Placed order on radiator that showed as in stock. Two days later I was informed that order was canceled because out of stock.
Obviously they have a very, very poor system.
Tip for consumers: I guess call to verify they actually have part in stock.
Tried to book a hotel same night. Didn't notice that default dates were more than a week out!
No way to get a refund.
Not happy!
Trivago subsequently contacted me and kindly offered to pay the difference.
I suspect that the default dates are chosen by looking for the cheapest rates within a few weeks. Just be sure you check the dates before searching or booking!

We have been in touch with Finn directly and are in the process of resolving his booking issue in his favor and to his satisfaction.
In terms of the default date, once you enter your desired location or hotel into the search bar on trivago a calendar will drop down to enter your check in and check out dates. Finn claims in his case this did not happen and we of course will take him at his word. But of course we would expect our users to choose their preferred dates prior to confirming any booking. We also advise our users to double check that all information matches on the booking site after they have been directed there from trivago.
