I had a very good relationship with the company and have had multiple successful orders. Sometime is 2019 I believe, I had orders where the writers did not follow the instructions and I have had to submit the same order multiple times and still the instructions were not followed. Orders resulted in dispute. These little disputes were nothing compared to the amount of orders I have ordered and have had major success.
The unfortunate this is that the customer service department did not try to assist with the disputes and instead just blocked me. I tried months later and they still didn't want to hear myside of the story. Finally I told the lady that she should reviewed my account and see that I was a valued customer. I have yet to get a response.
