Harbor freight sells cheap tools. Some of these tools are very high quality, some are not. They have online reviews done by customers that help a great deal on determining what is good and what is just cheap. Harbor freight has good customer service and delivers when they say they will - no deception. The prices are what keeps people coming back - great prices! Site is easy to navigate and ordering simple.

I would give this a five except for Paypal (which always gives me trouble for some reason) - Such a good idea and so well executed. If they could fix Paypal, this would be just about perfect. They do everything possible to make sure the people selling and buying are on the up and up. On the very few occasions I have needed to deal with a problem, they were courteous, professional and willing to do what was needed to keep the customer happy.

This is a great store. Great selection, great prices and great customer service. I've done business with them dozens of times and never had a problem. They deliver on time, every time. Top notch.

This is what all online stores should aspire to be. Great customer service, good prices and in many states - sales tax free. Every time I've ever had a problem, they were quick to fix it and willing to go above and beyond to make me happy. The best of the best.

Shipping estimate gives a date that is a lie. After they didn't send it on the day they were supposed to send it, I cancelled the order. They then sent me an email saying I couldn't cancel because they sent it - they had not yet sent it according to the time on the return email. It was supposed to arrive Wednesday - it's now Friday afternoon and I'm still waiting. The company makes no attempt to make amends or try in anyway to satisfy the customer. If you can't wait around indefinitely for delivery, they charge you hundreds of dollars for return shipping. They are a long way from being the least expensive and trick you into buying thinking you'll get it on a certain day or at least faster than those who charge many hundreds of dollars less. Do yourself a favor and buy from one of the less expensive places - you'll get it just as fast and save hundreds. If they've ripped you off too, they are a class action suit waiting to happen. Lousy customer service - worst possible.
