Absolute worst experience ever! Initial appt cancelled due to "medical emergency" day of appt. One month later, from dropping the car at 11am and being greeted by "Oh my God, another Groupon?! We had 8 of them yesterday" to being told would take 3-4 hrs, but when dropped indicating likely wouldn't be able to get by 5pm same day! Had car for 7 hrs, and when I arrived around 4:45pm, they were just washing the vehicle, and it is obvious, not another thing was done with it. The vehicle was not even vacuumed, my WeatherTech floormats may have been sprayed off, but NOT scrubbed. When I dropped the car off, I inquired on the carpet steam cleaning, and was advised "if needed" - um, that's not what your Groupon offer says... I advised bought car used and they had a dog and I wanted steam cleaned just for odor purposes (was not dirty!). Then, was told would be charged $50 for dog hair... uh, it's leather interior... the "dog hair" is only slightly apparent (which you'll see in my photos taken AFTER "cleaned"). All the nooks and crannies that should have been cleaned WEREN'T. Additionally, they say they "hand wax" - this is complete B. S... they "spray wax", and then don't even wipe clean. I took so many photos of interior, I don't have of exterior. I have not popped my hood, but I would be willing to guarantee there was no such "engine detailed". I am sick to my stomach at how badly this business has taken me. I want absolutely NOTHING to do with this rip-off business ever again. There were multiple disturbed/pissed off people picking up their half-assed cleaned vehicles. It took me 1 hr of driving time there and back. Waited for hour and fifteen minutes to pick up very shoddy cleaned vehicle. Made me late for my evening date. Nah, Cap City... if you want to make amends, put this 'MOBILE DETAILING' to work that's on your website... you've taken enough of my time and money! See their beautiful work below!
