I worked there nearly 2 years; my client was done dirty. I finally quit and because I quit my client and friend wasn't getting the care she needed. She wanted a woman 2 give her a shower 2 days a week and she didn't get it. Her caregiver got 17 hours a week and he was a crappy caregiver. She after I quit got fed up, went to Consumer Direct and a week later fired Ameracare and her caregiver. She is finally happy and no more calls 2 the State.

My client bought tea and the company decided 2 send a product she didn't want; she refused it and now can't seem 2 get her money back. I wouldn't buy from them or trust them!

I love the food choices but their service sucks, their people who work there are straight up rude and a few days ago my son ordered a medium tot, it wasn't room temperature it was cold as I ate 3 and some of the workers are now bosses and they act like they think they are it. I am not happy, and I will be going to the Sonic in town. I have noticed how the management treats their staff and workers.
