I registered and used the code I was sent for a 10% discount. However, when checking out, it would not accept the code so I didn't receive the promised discount. Also, I took 2 items out of my cart because your shipping is so high and SLOW.

Amazon's customer service is great. When I had an issue with a wrong product, they paid for return shipping.
I love ebags. Shipping and returns are free so you can actually find the bag you really want without incurring a lot of charges.
I placed several orders from this site and was happy with it overall. Some products indicated they would be sent within 24 hours but were not. When I questioned the reason, I was given a nonsensical answer. I placed another order. After 44 days I emailed them to find out where my items were. They told me it could take up to 45 days to get to me. They gave me a tracking number and told me to call the post office. I called the post office only to find out it was not a post office tracking number b/c it didn't have 2 letters in front and 2 letters behind. I wrote back to them and now they are only offering me my money minus the shipping costs! Why should I pay for shipping for products I never received and with a bogus tracking number? They said it reached my "country". (USA). How they know it reached the United States is beyond me since they don't even have a legitimate tracking number and couldn't provide it to me when asked. I will not be ordering from them again.

We have shipped your order by unregistered surface mail as you did not pay for the tracking number. It is hard to track online due to we use the unregistered surface mail. The number that we sent to you is not tracking number, it is only the package number of your order. Sometimes this shipping method may need more than 2 months to arrive due to it transport hundreds, often thousands, of packages overland by truck or overseas by ship which is much slower than air transport. For this very long travel time, occasionally there may be accidents or delays that affect the overall shipping time.
We are really sorry for the problem and hope to get your understanding. Thank you for your patience.
