About Me

I try to love God and love people. When I get good at that I'll move on. Aside from that, I love the outdoors, hiking in National Parks or sitting on a warm beach. I almost never turn down a piece of chocolate. I love to play musical instruments and listen to good music.

I totally agree with other critical reviews. I was on this for a few months. These people were nothing but mean and cruel to each other. My "Neighbors" went so far as to hope I get Covid and die from it. These people vote. No wonder our country is going downhill with these bullies. I deleted my account and the app. HORRIBLE.

If anything can go wrong it will go wrong from service, to billing, to equipment, to repairs and their Customer Service is THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY 40 YEARS OF ADULTHOOD. We tried to combine our home account with our rental's account, they couldn't figure out how to bill us so they terminated our service at the rental. We have never missed a payment in five years. I called Customer (dis)service to try to make a payment and the guy said, "It's not my fault you don't want to pay your bill"! At that point I lost my cool and said, "I'VE BEEN TRYING TO PAY MY BILL FOR THREE DAYS, TALKED TO 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE WHO ASSURED ME THEY HAD TAKEN MY PAYMENT AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE INTERNET!" It took 3 days to get that straightened out. After complaining to the Better Business Bureau, they only gave me 1 month free service. About 2 mos. Later, our neighbor complained about static on their internet. Their fix? To climb up the pole and DISCONNECT OUR INTERNET! It took them 2 weeks to get out here and figure out what the problem was. Will I get another month free due to their incompetency? Stay tuned and Run, run as fast as you can away from this company. No one there knows what they are doing. You call five times about the same problem, you get five different answers and none of them fix your problem.

After checking their size chart on a pair of motorcycle pants and measuring myself to make sure I ordered the correct size, I received the pants and couldn't even get them up over my hips. These were not the size indicated on the chart or on the pants. I contacted the company who made up an excuse that the size chart wasn't theirs, it was from the company they got the pants from. They refused to pay for return shipping unless I received the wrong product. FYI: PANTS THAT ARE NOT THE SIZE I ORDERED ARE THE WRONG PRODUCT. When they received the pants, they sent me this response, "We had an employee with size 38 hips try them over her pants and they fit like an 8. We also compared the measurements to the size chart and they match the size chart. Perhaps they are just not right for your body shape. I know I have that problem with Firstgear." My body shape is a size 8. Everything I wear is a size 8 or smaller. They went out of their way to give me the worst possible customer service ever. Then they charged me TEN PERCENT of the price of the pants as a return fee. Between the return shipping AND their return fee I'm out over $32 and HAVE NOTHING! I also returned a map that cost $14.95 and they only refunded $4.95 (a $10 refund fee. "$10 or 10% which ever is MORE!) THEIR CUSTOMER SEVICE IS NON EXISTENT. I think the way they make their money is to sell you something that is incorrect, then keep 10% when you return it on your dime. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and if you've been screwed by them I recommend that you do too.

To clarify, we can't control manufacturers' size charts. Our return and refund policies have always been very clear on our website, and exceptions are only made if we ship out the wrong product - that is, not the one you ordered. While some people find this too strict, the margins on closeout merchandise are simply too slim - most other companies won't let you return closeout items at all. Please also note that all Better Business Bureau complaints and reviews have been resolved and our rating is A+.

I used this website to book a hotel. I was sent a confirmation email stating that my room was booked and my credit card had been charged. Over a week later I received another email saying that they have failed to reserve a room for me. Then I received THREE more emails confirming that I had a room. When I arrived at the hotel, they could not find my reservation. After about 15 minutes of searching cancelations from the last month, they found mine and told me that my travel agent (otel.com) had canceled my reservation. They also told me they were full and didn't have a single room available. After complaining on their website, they accused me of making and canceling several reservations for the same day, and then accused the hotel of canceling my reservation. They claim they will refund my money, I'm still waiting to see if that will happen. I would NEVER use this website again.
