Called for information on specific product. Nice customer service, called twice. Order arrived early, same product I ordered, Cheaper (with coupon), and arrived 1 week ahead of what Amazon claimed they would deliver.

Website search for products, might as well VOID this option!
Sure I could search beer, and it shows available, (I trust that).
BUT if I'm looking for a specific product, and it shows available, NO longer do I trust it's a fact.
This has been an issue PRIOR to Covid, so they can't use that excuse. (it happened again 12/29/21).
At least the 5th situation I've experienced in the past.
Amazon will tell you an expected due date, if I'm happy with it, I order it. And they are spot on if not earlier. If I need it now, I will search as I did today.
Meijers should VOID this option on their website!
The employees say we should CALL to check availability, instead.
To call and speak to a person... 20 minute wait today.
Just leaves a bad taste of Meijers.
