I have ordered from Canvas People before and have always been very satisfied
The price of the canvas I wanted was the best deal
Was easy to find what I was looking for and ordering process was very easy
I did a search for a CD that I have been looking for and this site came up
I ordered the product, received and had no benefit using the product. Called to cancel they charged me $79.99 on 2/2/18 I was told product was shipped out on 2/1/18 and once I received return and I would be reimbursed the $79.99. I have made several attempts to contact this company but was put on hold and once I was disconnected. I called today 2/26 the man told me I missed the cancellation by one day. NO REFUND!
I WANTED TO RETURN THE RING I ORDERED, FELT CONFIDENT THAT I HAD 30 DAYS TO RETURN IF NOT THUMBS UP 100% SATISFIED GUARANTEED! NOPE NOT TRUE!

Yes, we do offer 30 days return policy, but please understand that we clearly state on our website that the special order items such as those with custom sizes and colors cannot be returned. (Custom sizes are all of other sizes except the following: Women’s Sizes: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 Men’s Sizes: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10), you can find this information on our website here: http://www.jeulia.com/30-day-return-policy.html. While we cannot accept the return of the ring, we still want to do everything possible to make sure you’re happy.
