Hello
I chose the option that they keep the unaccepted items. I documented all my items prior to sending them. It was AMAZING that they did not accept my designer items. Their policy is "unaccepted items were distributed to various organizations, wholesalers, thrifting companies, and charities who distribute this clothing, resell, and recycle." They are making money off of the clothes they DO NOT accept. Thieves!
