I ordered the very expensive bed as they said if your dog eats this, we'll eat it. Well my dog ate it. I filed the form on their web site and sent an email about it. They sent me a credit, not to replace the entire bed, but the cover. After I ordered the cover, there was enough credit left for me to get his name embroidered on it and there was still a little credit left. Well after not receiving the cover I sent another email. Like I didn't see this coming-they say they didn't get my order. I provided a screen shot showing exactly what I ordered and when. I asked if they just couldn't put the order through for me since I used the credit. So they put it through but wouldn't honor putting his name on it. Their reply was "I do apologize for the mix-up but the gift card should have only been worth the value if the cover which is $119. You can call in to pay $10 if you wish to have Nuggets name on the cover. " I was going to buy another very expensive bed for one of my other dogs but after not honoring putting his name on it, they just lost a $200.00 sale for the $10.00 to put his name on the cover.

I wish I had done this research before ever stepping foot inside "The Musketeers Veterinary Practice." It would have saved me a lot of money and aggravation. Note that this is information you can find online or is my own personal experience. First I want to state that when it comes to my fur-babies medical care I expect the best from the best. Online and when signing her name Gina Y represents herself as a CVT (Certified Veterinary Technician). I don't know what she is or what qualifies her to take care of animals but come to find out she is not a CVT. I contacted the Colorado Association of Certified Veterinary Technicians (www.cacvt.org) who verified that she is NOT a CVT and has been blacklisted due to her misrepresentation and can NEVER be a CVT in the state of Colorado. Second, she posted on their Facebook page that they have an A+ rating with the BBB, based on the BBB their rating is an A- since they have only been in business 1 year. Does she not think people can't go in and see that what she posted isn't the truth. Again misrepresentation. They did surgery on my dogs knee and a lump developed. When I pointed it out to Gina she said that was where they did a bone graft. I was told nothing of this prior to then so I sent his records and x-rays to a specialist along with pictures of the lump and was told there was NO bone graft done. They removed my dogs spleen "due to a growth-probably cancer". The biopsy came back showing NO cancer but Gina continues to go against the experts and state he has cancer. When we went back to get his staples out this was supposed to be a post-op visit(free). I had a credit on my account and they talked to me about the medication I was getting that day coming out of that credit which was fine. I later find out Gina decided I took up too much of the veterinarian's time by going over the biopsy report and my questions that she went in and took out additional money for that office visit without discussing it with me first. In fact she wouldn't return my calls and I had to make a trip to the clinic to get this information days later. Now I can't stop wondering if his spleen really needed to be removed.

I ordered Sentinel Spectrum chewables be of this rebate they offer: Receive a $10 rebate on 6 doses
Or $25 on 12 doses. These are probable the most expensive Heartworm medication out there but because of the rebate I went on PetCareRx and ordered it. I then when on to Sentinel's website and completed 3 claim forms as I ordered for my 3 dogs-6 doses. The price for the medication is $80.98 each, so x3. Today I get 3 different emails from them. Here is what they said-this is from one of them: Your claim # ******* cannot be processed for the following reason(s):
This promotion is valid only for customers, clinics do not qualify for this promotion.
I called them and Theresa said since I bought it from PetCareRX that my purchase doesn't qualify. I said but they are not a clinic and neither am I, I am a customer. Theresa is denying my rebate. It really pisses me off when a company offers rebates then denies them. Apparently this is not a reputable company so I am warning you about buying any of their products based on any rebate or any other types of offers because they won't stand behind it. When I told Theresa I would not be buying any more of their products, she didn't care. Must be nice that this company makes that much money that they can afford to lose customers. Please share this so others don't get ripped off.

The only reason I'm not giving this a 5 star is the shipping is very expensive. I also worry that the vaccines are not going to stay cold by the time I receive them and I had issue with this last shipment with UPS. Should use FedEx,, their the same price and got it here the next day and still cold. (horse vaccines)
