They claim the bed are chew proof, my dog ate through the pad within 5 minutes of having it. They sat there is a warranty if you dog chew it. I explained replacing it would be useless because the dog will just chew it up again and they told me they will not give refunds only replacements. Do not waste your money.
Tip for consumers:
Customer service was nasty and rude and did not care that my dog choked on the bed stuffing.
