Our first ballistics dog bed did last quite a while and they did keep their policy on replacing the cover if the dog destroys any part of it. The issue that we had with that and the current bed we have from them is the liner on the inside flaking off. It is a HUGE mess and we followed the washer directions. I recommend using a handheld cleaner to clean these beds to make them last longer.
Tip for consumers:
Beds are fine, just don’t wash in washer. They are too expensive to have this issue in my opinion.
