When Spectrum Cable took over Time Warner Cable they're really expensive. Time Warner we had all the channels as basic, with Spectrum Cable the channels are in tiers what kind of crap is this with each tier thr price go up I went from 120.00 to almost 200.00 cable bill with less channels. Time Warner give us these little boxes and we got all channels with Spectrum we received new boxes and I was looking for my channels they're not there went to the store to return the old boxes and asked about my channels lady told me if I want the channels I had it's going to cost. I come to work at 5a.m. And I stop at a 24 Starbucks to get a coffee. On this particular morning I stopped by to order a small Blonde with soy milk and the lady said in a rude voice you mean tall blonde I said to her small Blonde she rung me up I'm about to give her my money she walked away to the back of the store, next thing I know another girl come out to register asked what I wanted I just told her small Blonde with soy milk, she like it's called tall instead of small so I said you mean she got mad just because I said small really. Everybody do not know what tall mean at Starbucks I know small, medium and large. You just don't walk away from a customer, who is trying to pay(I mean I had my money in hand, in mid air giving it to her she just walked away.) Customer service, really you need to be retrained or find another job. I'm coming in to work that early in the morning I don't need that nasty attitude.

Okay, I was at Wal-Mart black Friday looking for a straight talk phone but the one I wanted was not on sale Samsung galaxy prime, so I left the store thinking oh well. When I got up Saturday morning checking my email I saw that Wal-Mart sent a email to me at 1128pm about the same phone l was looking for earlier in the day it was $49 when it was $199 I asked the store manager about it he said Wal-Mart was a little late sending some emails out. So l if it was Wal-Mart fault why can't we as customers get that deal regardless. My Black Friday experience
