I have NEVER had a problem with lots and lots of purchases. At least I should say I did but they ALWAYS FIXED IT IMMEDIATELY. I LOVE AMAZON

I sent in 21 items all the brands they accept and over half still had tags. I just got notified they only accepted six. Ok whatever BUT they said they would pay a TOTAL OF $4.05 for all together. Then since I didn't trust them I asked for the rest back do that will be an additional $12.99 charge so impacting them $8 to sell clothes I paid for and they get all the profit. HUMMMM sounds like a tip off to me. I don't think they could stay in business long. You would have to be stupid to do this. Live and learn.
