If you want to go through a lot of stress and a rediculous amount of waiting for Trendsgal, by all means use this company. Very poor customer service! They ran out of most my items I ordered because of their lengthy time of reviewing the order. It's a looonnng dooming process that cost me a lot of time and my time is more valuable. I sent them numerous of messages telling them I'd rather cancel my order (before they processed) they ignored my messages and changed the status to "processed" and said it would be sent out asap but it still says it hasn't been shipped and they cannot do anything. I specifically told them I have to have it by a certain time and it's been almost 2 weeks and they haven't even sent my packages!

Trendsgal clearly states on each items page the processing time of each product. The time it takes for you to receive your package will be the processing time plus the shipping time.
