This is the most dysfunctional and awful wedsite I have ever worked with. I emailed the supplier for 8 times and no one answers. Shame on all American businesses who take their business to china. We can make everything in our country with high quality and customer service. We don't have to suffer from Chinese dysfunctional website and their horrible customer service if our business owners were not greedy.
