I have not received my money for a return. They have replied to my emails. They do not answer phone calls.
I desperately wanted to cancel a Visa credit card transaction a couple of days ago and because I could not get through to my bank on the phone, I emailed Visa Europe to ask for assistance in canceling the payment. The reason was that the service I was receiving from the merchant was complete rubbish, which I told him several times. Now I know Visa Europe are a little bit above this level of dispute but a courteous company might have made a quick call on my behalf to the bank or indeed cancelled the transaction themselves. But not so, they did not even answer my email (any of them!), much less put them selves out by cancelling the transaction. So thanks for nothing Visa Europe. I don't know what you do all day in your ivory tower but you don't much care about your customers that's for sure.
I ordered a Multi-Flower Honey from these guys. It says, PURE HONEY. When I checked it with my "Code of Love" system, there were 50% of synthetic honey, the rest of it was filtered and heated. When I submitted my complaint on the BBB website, I discovered the Tapestry Standard rating is F+ (on a scale of A to F). Unfortunately, I discovered this too late (i. E., approx 7 weeks after I submitted my order). Background: On 9 March 2012, I submitted an order for 2 tapestries from The Tapestry Standard on the website www.european-wall-tapestries.com (i. E., remitted $424 via Pay Pal). Since then I have forwarded at least 4 emails requesting the customer service representative contact the supplier and provide the estimated date of arrival for the items on backorder (i. E., emails were dated 9 March, 19, March, 5 April, and 6 May). Response: The email responses (2) have not provided the estimated date of product arrival or the date of shipment (i. E., basically the emails responses have explained the items were on back order and the last 2 emails were not answered). I have attempted to phone the customer service number but no one answered (i. E., voice message recordings). I have patiently waited for almost 2 months; however, I just want to report the inadequate customer service, pursue the refund, and leave this experience behind. Resolution is pending. I respectfully requested a refund in an email dated 6 May 2012. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding The Tapestry Standard's inadequate, unprofessional, and inappropriate business practices (i. E., total disregard for customer service). I hope my efforts prevent other unsuspecting consumers from the inaction I experienced with this vendor. To resolve this issue, I have specifically requested the vendor responds with the date the refund will be credited to my Pay Pal account $424 (i. E., my expectations are 7 business days for the refund transaction). Thank you for your interest and please avoid this business.
I have used Europe Language Jobs for a very long time. And was content. But we all know that being content only stays as long as there are no complaints or other issues. I was content, even though I have been ghosted by some companies/recruiters. It was my first "to go" to website when wanting a new job. Until now. Sites like this often show vacancies from other sites. Now and then new recruiters are offering interesting vacancies. A bit more than a week ago I filed an official complaint about one of the recruitment agencies which advertises on the site. When I didn't receive a reply (not even a confirmation) I send the email again. To be left in the dark again. A company that doesn't bother to reply to an official complaint is not worth getting (new) users but should be banned. Don't forget that a complaint is a chance.
Placed order on Monday, delivery arrived on Wednesday. Recently changed hands and back to original owners according to an email sent out. Very pleased with service and product.

Google search took me to this page which I thought was genuine so I placed an order. I was charged £29.90 but did not receive any confirmation of my order. I got suspicious and checked further to find out they are not the official website. I tried to contact them via email and phone to cancel my order but my attempts were unsuccessful. No reply to the email, no answer to my phone calls. I am now trying to receive a refund through my bank. Why is there nobody to stop people like them!
The ecd.org.cn website regularly steals cufflinks photos from hundreds of artists & designers' products from Etsy.com and claim them as their own products. So if you ordered from them, you will be very sorry because what you will get will be far away from what you saw in the photos. Beware of these reviews, it's all scam strategy they're all misleading. Everything they claim is actually the opposite of reality. I found myself unable to withdraw my funds, and they started demanding additional fees. That's when I realized something was amiss, so I turned to S P A (C) E T E L -(C) A P! T A L that recover my account and funds. I promptly closed down that account and decided to steer clear of such platforms.
Same experience... they took my money on August 20,2012. Today is September 24. I cannot contact a human being. They are not answering my emails. They are not reachable by telephone. I feel scammed! I wish I had checked out this company first before I ordered from them.
My parcel delivered by Hermes was perfect. The courier was polite, friendly, well dressed and trustworthy. I would use Hermes again. They were cheaper than other delivery options
This firm are a disgrace! I work for NHS and have supported vulnerable adults through the pandemic without a day sick and have worked many extra hours. I took today off as annual leave to attend a funeral and booked a car to complete the 300 mile round trip. Yesterday I was told by Track and Trace to self isolate. I informed them within 30 minutes of finding out. They will not refund a penny. How many thousands of pounds have they been given in support of tax payers money? They don't care a fig about helping me. Don't go near them.
