I purchased 3 tops and 3 bottoms PSD (short style) for my daughter as a birthday gift. It took almost a month to get them. My daughter does not like the short bottoms and I requested to return them to exchange for the long bottoms. I received an email today that states due to the nature of the item, it can not be returned. I am livid! There is nothing that indicated final sale when I ordered them. I can not believe I spent $124 and can not use the item. This has to be the worst customer service ever. I have had them for a week now--so not outside the 30 day window! I will never purchase from Zumiez again! Horrible!
Purchased a bag over 100 dollars with express shipping, says it delivered but never deliverd and i tried contacting them and haven't gotten a response yet, waste of money that i worked hard for.
Ordered an entire board online. Got everything delivered but the bearings. I've emailed multiple times and have called to get no response or my bearings. Essentially when you buy a product pray it fully delivers. Or you'll never get it.
Bought a gift less rain 2 weeks ago, merchandise has never been used, still has tags, and original receipt. Store manager refused to give full refund. Only offered partial refund of item being on sale though I had a receipt showing full price. Left with my merchandise & receipt. Tried calling customer service twice with being on hold for over 30 min. Each time. Will never purchase from Zumiez again. Worst customer service ever!
We live in Canada and found the items we wanted at the US site. We placed our order and after waiting for weeks, not only was the border fees more than anticipated, the items were not what we had ordered. The sizes were wrong (ordered large and got small) and the hat we ordered looked like it was kicked around on the floor for awhile before they sent it. When we called to look at getting the items returned and get what we had wanted, they said they would send a return slip and refund us, but the border fees are our own problem. When asked when we could get the items we ordered, they said that it was on us to contact them in the future to see if it is in stock.
Don't recommend to anyone. Customer service doesn't care about the customer or the state of the items being shipped.
I went to Oak Park mall to the zumiez there and tried purchasing a hoodie. I checked out but for some reason my card was rejected, so i paid a third in cash and a third on a visa gift card. While I waited for someone with cash to come pay for my purchase the cashier asked if i would like my cash back while i wait, i said no because i only owed 7 more dollars. When someone with money arrived i went to pay and they charged me 47 dollars instead of 7 saying my payment "wasn't taken" from my visa card. It was because when i went to pay they had taken all money left on the card. The manager Gigi came out to help and told me the same thing. This in turn left me leaving the store without the hoodie and no money left on my gift card. I stayed on the phone for an hour with their company just to find out they had in fact took my money and did not refund it back to my card. To add, this manager also accused my boyfriend of stealing from the store (he showed her his whole bag and nothing was in it) she continued in rudely asking where it was saying he had it.
Sends out emails claiming items are up to 75% off, but I looked through all of clearance and could not find a single thing even close to 50% off! Prices are extremely high to begin with. You might get $5.00 off if you are lucky. Some only have $1.00 off!
Ordered 4 simple beanies only received 2 emailed customer service and they state it's due to covid been trying to contact customer service for over 30 minutes.
I order 3 items which is originally $185 but the tax is nearly $15 which brings my total up to $200. Like why tf is the tax so flipping high. That's needs to change cause that's ridiculous.

I'm shocked at the bad reviews. It's crazy because I've gone through the online ordering quite a few times, and the ONLY thing that was ever messed up, was they sent me two of something and I only purchased one.

That's the worse service what I can receive I buy my jewelry and they said it don't go charge of color and when I come back to ask why it change they say that's not them problem I never go buy there no more they got a the worse customer service. We bought our niece her first pro deck for her 13th birthday and the experience was phenomenal. Not only was the staff personable and friendly but they extremely knowledgeable! They believed in the products they were selling. Good customer service is a hard thing to come by anymore, the Zumiez team in Millard NE's Oakview Mall is one the reasons we still like to buy our sweet gear in person. Kudo's guys, you rock. You helped make this day unforgettable. We will be back.

So I bought some things and they told me that it was normal that the address said California but my package actually arrived at California so they are not to be trusted, it is a $#*!ty website $#*! them.
I was interested in buying off the zumiez site and found a dope jacket that I ended up ordering as a size M. Then fast forward 5 days later to see tracking status and check where it's at, but only saw blank with no progress. I got concerned and looked up reviews about the website, which I should've done earlier but anyway, most reviews sounded terrible and made the website sound bad overall that made me a bit overwhelmed about the purchase until an hour later same day next thing you know a package arrives with the jacket and size on point:)
And the shipping time took from April 28 -May 3 which is great compared to some reviews hearing that there packages take a month or some never arriving. Hope someone takes my word and gains from this as trust
So let me explain. I ordered from their site some sandals a month ago and the tracking never updated, so I wrote them to check whats going on. Never heard anything from them. Then I wrote a mail to DHL to check if they have messed up my order, but they told me that Zumiez never handed over my package to them. Tried to contact their customer service 3 times now but never heard back from them..
I doubt people work at zumiez sell my information, this is unacceptable.
My credits card be scam over 1k back at 2020 January.
