I have always been happy with Zumiez. Been shopping there for about 20 years since my kids were teenagers. Never had a problem with your company until now!
However I will NEVER buy anything there again.! Which is such a bummer I was walking by your store at a mall in Idaho. (I live in Oregon) I saw a funny t-shirt in the window, went inside and they didn't have my size. The girl kindly offered to do it online from the stores computer. Ordering 5 t-shirts. Paying and leaving the store. I have always been extremely careful about putting my contact info online. So many people I know, my husband included get a lot of scammers calling phones and sending text messages. I always tell them they need to be more careful with their contact info. I have had the same phone number for the last 20 years. I never had a problem till the day Ieft your store! All of a sudden my phone was blowing up with calls and texts. I was like " OMG ZUMIEZ SOLD ME OUT!
THEY INSTANTLY SOLD MY INFO! Why do you do that?
The prices you charge for things isn't enough? Not only did I order the shirts
I paid around $130 for 1 pair of sweat pants with a matching hoodie! Then you sell your customers info?
Why? I want a response from you why you disclose and expose your customers like that. K have a business that im totally dependent on calls and texts from my clients. I currently get approximately 20-30 scam calls every single day and anywhere from 40-80 texts daily from scammers. Mixed in with those is all my clients voice mails because my phone is constantly tied up receiving unwanted calls and I have so many texts that I have to go through and filter out that instead of being able to sit down and go through in the evening. I am now finishing going through them at midnight. I recently received one that said Fu_ k like porn star. Grow 2 inches in 2 weeks! All these calls and texts have effected my life and business. I should go out and picket in front of your business or just contact my attorneys. I want to get the word out to people to let them know that your company has zero respect or appreciation to their customers! So this is how you Thank me for being a loyal customer for over 20 years. Wow. Your just as bad as the scammers. I'm a hairstylist and talk to alot of people. I'm 100% positive i can get the work out to lots of people about your company. THANKS from a long loyal client that refuses to support a business that has low morals. Very disappointed

On July 18th I ordered 2 products from them, a flannel shirt and a pair of sweatpants. I didn't need the pants, but it was a 'buy one product get another half off' sort of deal. The pants arrived on time a few days later, unfortunately with a tear along the seam of the lefts leg where it was improperly stitched. At an inconvenience I was able to exchange them without further issue, and they arrived in the mail a couple days after that, that's not what my complaint is regarding. The shirt however never arrived. I waited 20 days before contacting customer service, the rep. I spoke to explained to me that for whatever reason my shirt was never picked up from Zumiez warehouse in Denver Colorado (I live in British Columbia), she wasn't able to find out why. She apologized and told me she would put in a new order for me, free of charge. My shirt then finally arrived on the Aug. 11. It's a nice shirt, I'm happy with it. However this past Thursday (Aug. 16th) another delivery truck showed up at my house. With another shirt. Only this time the driver was expecting shipping and handling fees. I thought it was odd as I hadn't ordered anything else, but in ignorance accepted the package and paid the custom on the package. When I opened it I learned it was another shirt... identical to the one I had received days before. According to the receipt from Zumiez and the invoice/receipt from their freight company (DHL Express) I had been charged for two shirts - one of which I never ordered. After going back and forth with Zumiez reps over the phone and email yesterday and this morning, I was able to get the second shirt refunded. Except for the shipping fees. Oddly enough Zumiez feels it isn't responsible for their mistake of overcharging me for two items, and I was told if I wanted reimbursement for the shipping cost I would have to take it up with DHL Express... in spite of it being a mistake made by a Zumiez employee. So now I have to send out more emails and phone calls and wait for a reply from DHL. I am very annoyed with Zumiez right now, and most certainly will not be shopping here ever again. The sales rep I spoke to is Dani. Though I doubt they can be held accountable for this mess, as it's a problem with Zumiez poor customer service in general and not any specific rep.
Ordered 3 Reflex Multi Skate Tools on 4/9/2016. Received notice on 4/10/2016 That one of my items been shipped. On 4/11/2016 I receive this email
"Thank you for your order with Zumiez.com! In the process of fulfilling your order, we have discovered we are out of stock on one or more of the items. The item(s) below have been canceled from your order:
2.00 x Reflex Utili-Tool Skateboard Tool
If there were additional items on your order you should receive them very soon. "
On 4/15/2016 I contact Zumiez customer support via a phone call about not receiving my refund of $32.41 for the 2 items as well as why my other has not been shipped. Response was to reissue of refund and send item out in next day shipping. That the reason for cancel of other 2 items was they were out of stock of grey that all they had was pink. I told NO PINK.
On 4/22/2016 I had to contact Zumiez customer support again. That I still did not receive my $32.41 refund and the Reflex Ital-Tool Skateboard Tool
That was sent was not grey as ordered but PINK. I told them I will keep the PINK one but I was unhappy, also I have not received refund. They said that it has not been cleared by paypal. So I went to my paypal account and there was a refund from Zumiez for only $16.20 not the full amount. I had to open a dispute with paypal. That I did not receive a refund for 2 of the 3 items ordered. That I only received 1 item, refunded for a second, but have not received any refund for the third item. I explained this clearly to customer support. That Zumiez did not refund me the correct amount. That they still owe me $16.21. But paypal screwed it up again. And said.
"Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User
Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It

Received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a

They never shipped the item, I want a refund. Well I never received a refund as of yet for the Item I did not RECEIVE from ZUMIEZ for $16.21 and do not expect it. Do not buy anything on line from ZUMIEZ and Dealing with both Paypal and Zumiez is a joke. Zumiez just ripped me off for $16.21 and paypal let them do it because they have no clue what they are doing.
Just so you know I contacted Zumiez once again on 4/22 about the remaining $16.21 Refund via phone and they said they refund it again, and sent this email to me "Good morning, sir!
I apologize again for everything that you've had to go through in regards to this order. That isn't how we intend to do business and that certainly isn't how we treat our customers. I am, however, happy to report that we applied the other half of your discount successfully. You will see that reflect on your statement in 3-5 business days. Again, I am so sorry for any frustration that this process may have caused you. I hope that I was able to help but please let me know if there is anything else that you need. I'll do my best to assist!
