I've been a active member of Zoosk for over a year... Getting help, finding customer service # or email address or contacting their business office is made intentionally difficult. Instead if you spend hours going thru their hundreds of questions eventually I suppose I'd find the answer. There are so many things that Zoosk never tells you about how to manage chat... messages, etc. THey leave it open to each individual to learn how to operate their site. I've never ever known what the small circular colors mean next to the people online or chatting... Most of the women you choose you'll never hear back from. Do the attractive pics really represent serious & motivated people or merely bait to attract men & money? Ron Rosen, MD

Apparently some people just want to chat and send electronic communication. This works well for them.And then some of us really are looking for life partners. Of course, finding the right partner is not going to be done for you, no matter how good the software. This is just a first step. Then there's the same old work on our relationships and on ourselves and the emotional stress that we used to have when dating was going to the drive-in.

After trying to send a chat to someone for 3 days I found by clicking one of the aes that to chat with them, I would have to pay 30 coins.The minimum purchase of coins is 180 for $19.99. So in addition to your membership fee you have to buy these coins to go any place. 30 to chat - 45 to see if person you contacted read your message. Pus when you contact you ave no idea where they live, how old they are. This is a totally rip off side and should be reported to whomever. But remember this site to my knowledge is promoted by Facebook, Facebook puts their "verified" seal of approval by using the information you post on your website. They put pressure and put forth people from the website you don't even know. Have you noticed how many new people you don't even know who want to be friends.The people requesting are usually the opposite sex in the gender your looking for. So watch out for any new people asking to be your friend.

I have been on here for over a year, looking for my dream girl. I was going to give up and then I saw here face, I was stunned and was going to wink and thought she would not respond like most, I thought I was going to go like hotcakes lol it was not to be, I was going to cancel my subscription in the morning and went to bed thinking why not me? In my prayers. Well I woke up the next day and she winked at me, I could not believe it, we are so a like it was like I knew her all my life. She is the most wonderful girl I have been searching for. I was pressured into trying a dating site and told about zoosk. After a little while I set up my account and started browsing the carousel and searching locally. Waste of time. No one responds because they don't have memberships. You need coins to boost yourself but you're limited to 40 a day and they cost a fortune. It's just a big money scam. You're better off spending money elsewhere. Happy relationship hunting- it's just not happening on zoosk.

It's true you really can meet your true love on this site I did and you can to. He is everything I was looking for in a partner and the best is yet to come are future together we are like to teenage kids falling for each other like it is are first love. It's great to feel like your sixteen again looking forward to the calls the messages what a way to start your day off with a call from someone who loves and looks forward to seeing you! Worse dating site I have ever been on! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Half the people on there haven't even subscribed so they can't actually read your messages. The site does not tell you who has subscribed, so, you have no idea if they have read your message unless you pay even more money.
Im a 24yr old female new to town. I was just looking to meet someone to spend time with. Men from 500+ miles away were messaging me and I could not get that to stop. All were either way older than me, creepy, very unattractive, or all three combined. If I got a match, I had to spend coins to use it, which cost even more money. Try your luck with a different site. POF, which is free, is 5 times better.
I hated it so much I called to get a refund of the $30 and to have them fully delete my account not just deactivate it. They refused to give me a refund but would offer me half off for future subscriptions. They also tried convincing me not to delete it incase I wanted to rejoin in the future. On the site it says people wont be able to see your account when it is deactivated but the woman I talked to said they still could. So, if anyone actually bought it, be sure to call them to fully delete it! Also, your info is still out there for 60 days after they remove it. So be sure to delete all your stuff before calling them!

I am totally shocked to say this, but it worked! I met the man that I am going to marry, right here on Zoosk. No, I am not a paid employee, LOL. I am a single mom who was looking for someone to hang out with in my free time. Instead I found love, the love at first sight kind of love and we have been together for almost 10 months now. Sure, I had to shuffle through a few "bad seeds" to get there, but it was 100% worth it. I am very happy and ready to move on with my life again after being in a horrible marriage for 19 yrs.
