For approx. 2 months Halton Hills Real Estate Zolo site, is completely incorrect, as an example today 31 homes appear for sale that are in fact sold. Similar errors are increasing on a daily basis. Previously this site was always accurate, Now its horrendous
My realtor Charmaine was a God sent she made my family felt comfortable through the entire process. Availability was her key weather it was to view a home or just to answer our questions she was there till the end. Job well done.
We came across this excellent website when looking for a possible buy and sale transaction.
We couldn't be happier with the result. We bought a house in a week and sold our property in less than 2. Our realtor, Manish Bhatia was formidable helping us along the way in the viewing of properties as in preparing our home for the sale. He has great ethics. His advice and taste when it comes to properties is outstanding. He is a 100% serious professional. I would recommend his him and his team without any doubts. Thank you!

As a new person to renting I found the agent I spoke with not at all helpful. Instead of helping me problem solve my situation, basically he told me 'no one will rent to you.' Other realtors have been a bit more understanding of my family's situation (new to renting in Ondario) and have made suggestions for me to be a viable competitor in renting a place for my family. I am truely disappointed.

My wife and I were looking for property purchase on Zolo website a few months ago. We were so lucky to have Jaspreet Pandher as our realtor. Our first property purchase did not look difficult at all as Jaspreet made everything look simple throughout the whole process. He even went to the extra mile to make us a really happy customer. His advice and knowledge when it comes to properties is outstanding. Jaspreet is a true professional and has a great work ethics. I would 100% recommend him on Zolo without any doubts. Thank you!
We were recently looking for a home to rent, and Nicky showed us a beautiful home that had exactly what we were looking for. She helped maneuver us through all the ups and downs of managing the lease and the leaser. She was very professional through it all. We could not have done it with out her. Thanks again Nicky Hill
Great experience using Zolo. I found that the website actually updated with new houses/condos on the market faster than realtor.ca. The place that I actually ended up buying, I saw on Zolo! The only negative is that the app wasn't so great at filtering results based on parameters I set.
If you are contacted by Iftikar Hussain and you are not a male, be aware. He was condescending, patronizing, and refused to take me seriously. He wouldn't allow me to view a home, let alone apply to the owner, because I was not a man. He claimed that the owner wanted a man to live there to maintain the home (implying that I couldn't). He even suggested I look at a basement apartment because then I wouldn't have as much to maintain. We are a family of four!
Iftikar Hussain repeatedly called me by a shortened version of my name, even after I corrected him several times. He called me during work hours three times despite me asking if he could please contact me by text or email during that time of day. He called me Christmas morning while I was with my kids. He left me waiting for him outside a house, when he told me he had booked it to view. He claimed to have called me but had not left a message or tried to text or email.
Despite being a triple A tenant with a great credit score, a letter of employment, a dual income family and references, I was not given an opportunity because of my gender.
I refuse to go through Zolo anymore because of the sexism I faced.

The website is quality and the agents very responsive but my most recent experience with them was a fail. The agent told me it was the landlords first property, that I would be his first tenant and that he was very anxious about the whole process. I should have viewed that as a RED FLAG. As I moved in and got settled I started to get the feeling that I was being watched. I could also see 6 unnamed devices listed under my bluetooth connections. So I started covering the smoke detectors and showering in the dark. That's when EVERYTHING changed. No more normal sounds of life upstairs, no more busy weekends just silence and stalking me 24-7. Following me from room to room, making a sound in response to every sound I made from a Zoom call to watching a movie. I could not believe I was being harassed for covering up the private parts of my body.
I went back to my Zolo agent and asked her about hidden cameras in the units they list and she completely ignored the question. Just pretended I didn't even use the words HIDDEN CAMERAS. So I looked into a bug sweep company and they quoted me $3,000 to sweep the entire apartment. As my lease was coming to end the landlord reached out to tell me that he would be raising the rent and wanted me to sign a new lease to renew my term for another year which is not required by the law. But I refused to pay $1 more dollar (on rent or on a bug sweep company) to live like a hamster in cage!
So I gave my notice to vacate and I won't be using Zolo for my next rental! If you choose to use Zolo, here are my tips to you! (1) LADIES beware if your landlord is a man that only wants single ladies to move into the unit. He could be a pervert secretly watching you naked! (2) WATCH OUT for new or "never lived in" apartments, if you are the fist to live in it the landlord can raise the rent after a year to any amount they choose. Newer units are also more likely to have spy cameras built into the walls and/or ceilings. (3) Never extend the term of your lease beyond a year. By law your lease continues month to month and you are free to leave if needed by giving the landlord 60 days notice. Zolo show some corporate responsibility and weed out listings with HIDDEN CAMERAS! To the reader: Be smart and careful out there and know your rights!
Tip for consumers:
