Everything is easy with ZocDoc. Finding a doctor, getting appointment very conveniently as you can find your best time in an agenda of the doctor of interest.
Overall I am pleased with ZocDoc. It made scheduling my appointment simple, and as I was a first time patient it allowed me to fill out all the incoming paperwork ahead of time.
I've used ZocDoc for my Dentist and PCP and have had my friends start using it as well! Not only were the Doctors awesome, but they were in network. 10/10 would use again
This site is easy to access and can make appointment in minutes no more waiting on the phone and filling papers. Trusted website to find a good Doc with good rating. Super satisfied.
I needed to find a dermatologist but was willing to drive out of town in order to find one that was more affordable. I used zocdoc to set up the appt. And set out for my appt. One hour later I arrived only to discover that the doctor I came to see apparently does not work there. On top of that, it isn't even a dermatologist office! Its a family practice. If I wanted to see my family practice doctor I would have walked there and not driven an hour away. This was a complete waste of my time. And I wasn't able torecieve the treatment I needed. This website is bogus!
They have so far:
- not put my booking through
- not sent links to meetings causing me to miss perscription re-fills causing visits to the ER
- doctos just LEAVE the platform and dont tell you and you find out only when they dont show up to the appt.
-I am in shock. I can not explain to you how bad this platform is.
I left a review on ZocDoc, the review was ignored. The dentist I went to nearly asphyxiated my to death with N2O, and I went to the hospital. ZocDoc didn't take my review - even though I didn't use any strong language, and I booked the appointment with them. IF they drop negative reviews for paying doctors, they are fake.

I discovered ZocDoc by chance few months ago when I needed a primary doctor. I am still very please with the site, and the posted reviews help me to find new doctors.
I love the ease of making all of my doctor's appointments on ZocDoc. So fast, so easy to schedule, reschedule, cancel appointment and also read reviews. They also have excellent customer service!
Very handy, helps me locate a Doctor that accepts my insurance and also schedules the appointment, no complaints. I use this for myself and my children.
We have been using Zocdoc for the past five years but under the new management and new deceptive pricing policies ZOCDOC has turned into a scam. They charge us $35 for each new booking but ever since they started the new pricing model we are being peppered with fake bookings people having no insurance and out of network being able to book with us despite our repeated warnings and clear instructions on our profile and ZOCdoc just does nothing to resolve such bookings as they have shielded themselves.

It is horrendous that such an organization should be allowed to prey on well intentioned doctors and clinicians and clients for their money making schemes. Appointments are made by potential clients who do not seem to have been provided with appropriate information. And the Doctor is expected to confirm the appointment within 24 hours WHEN IT IS OBVIOUS INSURANCE VERIFICATION ALONE TAKES DAYS!. The doctor has no choice but to cancel the appointment within 24 hours to avoid the huge charges Zocdoc makes. And even when the appointment is cancelled (with a lengthy explanation to the potential client of the PROPER procedure to follow for insurance verification AND to determine whether the doctor is the right person for the client's issues) within 24 hours zocdoc charges anyway. Their practices are well known to be unethical and predatory but I could not believe the extent of these issues until I experienced them first hand. A BOARD CERTIFIED MEDICAL DOCTOR.

I made a gynecological appointment with a doctor whom got great reviews on the site the most and only thing people complained about was the fact that there was a weird smell inside the office. It was Chinatown so to me a weird smell was to be expected my only problem with ZocDoc was the fact that the doctor that I booked an appointment with does not work or is not there on Fridays and Saturday I'm not sure if they were unaware of this and forgot to mention it but if I wasn't in desperate need of birth control I would've walked out instead of staying. I made an appointment expecting someone who got great reviews yet I end with some unknown I had no idea what to expect but I'm glad I decided to stay because the midwife was absolutely great and so attentive. So my only recommendation for the ZocDoc team is to maintain communication and be aware of specifics such as this with these practice.

Can't trust ZocDoc! Scheduled appt on ZocDoc with a particular doctor at a specific location. Appt confirmed. When I arrived for my appt was given a different doctor. The doctor I'd scheduled on ZocDoc wasn't even at that location!

Made an appointment with a doctor on zoc doc. Waited two weeks. For the appointment the evening before the appointment zoc doc ( not the drs office!) called th tell me that the appointment was canceled.
No explaination, nothing!
Horrible company
I scheduled an appt through Zoc Doc then changed it to an earlier date. Somehow, Zoc Doc only had the later appointment logged and when I went to the earlier appoint the doctor's receptionist only had record of the later appointment.

On their TV ad the lady is reviewing profiles and while she is swiping she mentions that one doctor is "too old".
Age discrimination has no place in today's world.
As stated in my last review, it is always a pleasure to go on my doctors visit. The staff and doctor are all smiles and excellent treatment at all times!
So far with ZocDoc all of the doctors have been beyond amazing, nice, and informative. I've never been happier! The app was super convenient and I was able to book appointments quickly at work.
